Lamine edilmiş kızılağacın (Alnus glutinosa) fiziksel ve mekanik özellikleri ile mobilya endüstrisinde kullanım olanaklarının araştırılması

Abstract

ÖZET Lamine edilmiş Kızılağaç'ın teknolojik özelliklerinin belirlenmesini amaçlayan bu çalışmada Kızılağaç'tan elde edilen 2 ve 4 mm kalınlıktaki soyma kaplamalar ile Polivinilasetat (PVA) ve Poliüretan (PL) tutkalı kullanılarak hazırlanan lamine levhalardan standartlarda belirtilen ölçülerde numuneler hazırlanarak; hava kurusu ve tam turu özgül ağırlık, liflere (tutkal hattına) paralel makaslama, liflere paralel basınç, liflere dik çekme-yarılma, liflere dik eğilme ve elastikiyet modülü, liflere dik çivi ve vida tutma testlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Bu testler sonucunda elde edilen veriler aşağıdaki çizelgede verilmiştir.

SUMMARY The aim of this study is to determine the technological properties of the laminated redwood. For this purpose, specimens were prepared according to the TSE (Turkish Standards Institue) from veneers obtained from redwood by 2 and 4 mm thicknesses and bonded by using Polyvinylasetat (PVA) and Polyurethan (PL). Some tests were applied to these specimens such as screw and nail holding strength tests perpendicular to the fibers, shear stress tests parallel to the fibers, clevage stress tests perpendicular to the fibers, compression tests parallel to the fibers, bending stress and modulus of elasticity tests perpendicular to the fibers, air dry density and oven dry density tests. According to these tests, datas are tabulated below.
