Dendroctonus micans (Kugelann) (Coleoptera:Scolytidae)`ın zarar durumu ve Rhizophagus grandis (Gyllenhal) (Coleoptera:Rhizophagidae)`in etkililiği

Abstract

Türkiye'de ilk defa 1966 yılında tespit edilen (dev kabuk böceği), Dendroctonus micans (Kug.) (Col.: Scolytidae)'ın günümüzde 445 000 ha olan (doğu ladini), Picea orientalis L. Link. ormanlarının 250 000 ha'lık kısmında yayıldığı ve yayılışım sürekli olarak arttırdığı bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı yayılışını sürekli genişleten ve ağaçların sağlığını bozarak sekonder karakterli diğer kabuk böceklerinin bu alanlarda hızla üreyip çoğalabilmelerine yol açan D. micans'm aktüel populasyonlanna etki eden faktörlerin etki derecelerine ışık tutacak veriler elde etmektir. Araştırma kapsamında Artvin, Trabzon ve Giresun Orman Bölge Müdürlükleri'ndeki ladin ormanlarında çalışılmıştır. Toplam 33 deneme alanında 1186 ağaç değerlendirilmiştir. İncelenen ağaçların 195 tanesinde (%28) D. micans zararı tespit edilmiştir. Bu ağaçlardan 84 tanesinde (%12) D. micans'm faaliyetinin devam ettiği, 111 tanesinde de (%16) daha önceden zararlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. D. micans'm, zararı görülen ağaçların %43'ünde faal olduğu gözlenmiştir. Yaralı olduğu görülen toplam 101 ağacın (% 14), 48 tanesinde (%47.5) daha önceden D. micans zararının gerçekleştiği, 38 tanesinde (%37.6) böcek faaliyetinin devam ettiği belirlenmiştir. D. micans tahribatı görülen 195 ağaçtan 86'sı (%44) ve faaliyetin devam ettiği 84 ağaçtan 38'i (%45) yaralı ağaçlardır. Deneme alanlarındaki 191 ağaç üzerinde toplam 4548 adet giriş ve uçma deliği sayılmıştır. D. micans aktif birey zarar yoğunluğunun göstergesi olan giriş ve uçma deliklerinin %51'i ağaçların kök boğazından itibaren ilk 1 m'lik kısmında sayılmıştır. D. micans'm özgün predatörü Rhizophagus grandis GylL (Coleoptera: Rhizophagidae), toplam 14 deneme alanında 18 ağaçta, 22 D. micans galerisi içinde tespit edilmiştir. Bu galerilerde, değişik biyolojik dönemlerde, toplam 384 R. grandis ile 997 D. micans sayılmıştır. R. grandis'm bulunduğu deneme alanlarında D. micans üzerindeki etkililiği %84'tür. D. micans'm R. grandis ile birlikte bulunduğu deneme alanlarındaki R. grandis bulunan ve bulunmayan galeriler birlikte değerlendirildiğinde etkililik %29 olmaktadır. Örnekleme yapılan tüm alanlardaki toplam D. micans miktarı esas alındığında, yırtıcının genel etkililiği %15'dir. Damage Status of Dendroctonus micans (Kugelamt) (Coleoptera: Scolytidae) and Effectiveness of Rhizophagus grandis (Gyllenhal) (Coleoptera: Rhizophagidae) on It It's known that Dendroctonus micans Kug. (Coleoptera: Scolytidae), first determined in Turkey in 1966 is found in around 250 000 ha of 445 000 ha (oriental spruce) Picea orientalis (L.) Link, forest and continues to extend its spread. In this study spruce forests were studied in Artvin, Trabzon and Giresun Regional Directorate of Forestry to determine damage status of D. micans (Kug.) and effectiveness of R. grandis (Gyll.) on it. In 33 plots, a total of 1 186 trees were evaluated. D. micans damage was determined on 195 trees (28%) of the studied trees present on all plots. It's determined that the damage continues to last on 84 trees (12%), and the damage continues and on 1 1 1 trees (16%) D. micans damage had already taken place before the study was conducted. It was observed that D. micans damage was still continuing 43% of the harmed trees. The damage was found to have occurred before the study on 48 (47.5%) of the 101 (%14) injured trees and still continues on 38 trees (37.6%). Eighty six trees (44%) out of 195 trees damaged by D. micans, and 38 trees (45%) out of 84 trees on which D. micans was still active were wounded trees. In the studied plots, a total of 4548 entry and exit holes were counted on 191 trees. Fifty one per cent of the entry and exit holes, an indicator of the active D. micans individuals density were counted on the bole of the trees from ground level up to 1 m high. Rhizophagus grandis Gyll., the spesific predator of D. micans, were determined in 22 D. micans galleries on 18 trees in 14 plots. In these galleries, a total of 384 R. grandis and 997 D. micans were counted in different biological stages. The effectiveness of R. grandis on D. micans in plots was 84%. The effectiveness was %29, when the galleries with and without R. grandis were evaluated together in plots. When D. micans quantity in whole plots were evaluated, the general effectiveness of the predator is 15%. A total of 38 D. micans adults were found dead in resin on 22 trees.
