1,5-diaril-1-penten-3-on ve 1,5-diaril-2-penten-1-on yapılı bileşiklerin sentezi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada on iki tane 1,5-diaril-1-penten-3-on ve iki tane de 1,5-diaril-2-penten-1-on yapılı bileşik sentezlendi. Pirrolidin ve asetik asit ile 4-fenil-2-bütanon veya 4-(4-hidroksifenil)-2-bütanon bileşiklerinin in-situ enaminasyonu ve takiben benzaldehitlerle muamelesi ilgili 1,5-diaril-1-penten-3-on yapılı bileşikleri verdi. 2-bromasetofenondan hazırlanan fosforanın 3-fenilpropanal ve 3-(4-metoksifenil)propanal ile Wittig kondenzasyonu ilgili 1,5-diaril-2-penten-1-on yapılı bileşikleri oluşturdu. 1,5-diaril-1-penten-3-on yapılı bileşikler glioblastoma (U87-MG), meme kanseri (MCF-7), prostat karsinoma (PC-3) tümör hücre hatlarına karşı test edildi ve bu bileşiklerin özellikle MCF-7 hücre hatlarına karşı dikkate alınabilir sitotoksik aktivite gösterdikleri belirlendi.

In this work, twelve 1,5-diaryl-1-penten-3-one and two 1,5-diaryl-2-penten-1-one structured compounds were synthesized. In-situ enamination of 4-phenyl-2-butanone or 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone with pyrrolidine and acetic acid and then treatment with benzaldehydes gave the corresponding 1,5-diaryl-1-penten-3-one structured compounds. Wittig condensation of phosphorane prepared from 2-bromo-acetophenone with 3-phenylpropanal and 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propanal afforded the corresponding 1,5-diaryl-2-penten-1-one. 1,5-diaryl-1-penten-3-one were tested against glioblastoma (U87-MG), breast cancer (MCF-7), prostate carcinoma (PC-3) tumor cell lines and showed considerable cytotoxic activity against especially MCF-7 cell lines.
