Lamine edilmiş melez kavak`ın teknolojik özelliklerinin tespiti

Abstract

IV ÖZET Bu çalışmada; lanıine edilmiş Kavak'ın teknolojik özelliklerinin belirlenmesini amaçlanmıştır. Standartlara göre Kavak'tan elde edilen 2.4 mm kalınlıktaki soyma kaplamalar, Polivinilasetat (PVA) tutkalı ile üç farklı basınç altında (3, 6 ve 9 kgf/cm2) preslenerek lamine levhalar elde edilmiştir. Lamine levhalardan standartlarda belirtilen ölçülerde numuneler hazırlanarak tam kuru özgül ağırlık, boşluk hacmi tayini, liflere paralel makaslama, basınç, çekme-makaslama, liflere dik çekme-yarılma, eğilme dirençleri ve elastikiyet modülü testlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Bu deneyler masif parçalardan elde edilen deney numuneleri ile mukayeseli olarak yapılmıştır. Deneylerden elde edilen veriler aşağıdaki çizelgede gösterildiği gibidir;

V SUMMARY The aim of this study is to determine the technological properties of the laminated poplar. For this purpose the veneers in 2.4 mm thickness were prepared according to the standards and bonded by using Polyvinylacetate (PVA) in three different pressure. Thereafter the specimens were tested to determine the oven dry density, void volume, shear stress (parallel to the grain), clevage stress (perpendicular to the grain), compression (parallel to the grain), bending sticss (perpendicular to the grain) and modulus of elasticity. The experimental results were than companed to the update results which were found by the wood specimens. According to these test, datas are tabulated below;
