dc.description.abstractBu çalõşmada, orijinal yapõda, makrosiklik grup taşõyan yeni bir fenantrolin türevi;11-[2-(1, 4, 7, 10, 13-pentaoksa-16-azasiklooktadekan-16-yl)etoksi]-12-[3-(1, 4, 7, 10, 13-pentaoksa-16-azasiklooktadekan-16-yl)propoksi] dibenzo [a,c] fenazin, kuru etanoliçerisinde 1,10-fenantrolin-5,6-dion ile 6,7-diamino-1,12-bis(monoaza[18]taç-6)-benzo[f]-4,9-dioksa-1,12-diazadekan bileşiklerinin reaksiyonundan sentezlenmiştir. Bu bileşik (8)kullanõlarak, biyolojik aktivitelerinin olabileceği düşünülen tetrahedral yapõda Cu (?),oktahedral yapõda Co (??), ve kare düzlem yapõda Ni (??) kompleksleri (9), (10), (11)sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen bileşiklerin yapõlarõ IR, 13C-NMR, 1HNMR ve MS spektralverileri ile aydõnlatõlmõştõr.Anahtar Kelimeler: Makrosiklik Bileşikler, Karõşõk Donörlü Makrosiklikler, Taç Eterler,Makrosiklik Etki, Heterosiklik, Fenantrolin.
dc.description.abstractIn this work, a new phenanthroline derivative containing a macrocyclic group 11-[2-(1,4, 7,10, 13-pentaoksa-16-azasiklooktadekan-16-yl)etoksi]-12-[3-(1, 4, 7, 10, 13-pentaoksa-16-azasiklooktadekan-16-yl)propoksi] dibenzo [a,c] fenazin (8) was prepared from the reactionof 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione with 6,7- diamino-1,12-bis (monoaza[18]crown-6)-benzo[f]-4,9-dioxa-1,12-diazadecane in dry ethanol. Cu(I), Co(II) and Ni (II) complexes (9),(10) and (11) thought to have biological activity were synthesized using compound (8). Thestructures of the synthesized compounds were identified by using IR, 13C-NMR, 1H-NMR andMS spectrometers.Key words: Macrocyclic Compounds, Mixed-Donor Macrocycles, Crown Ethers,Macrocyclic Effect, Heterocyclic, Phenanthrolineen_US
