dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada öncelikle 3-(4-tolil)-4-[(fenilmetilen)amino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on ( 53) bileşiği literatürde bildirilen yönteme göre sentezlenmiş, ardından önce bazik ortamda etil bromoasetat ile ve bunu izleyerek hidrazin hidrat ile muamele edilmiş ve sırasıyla etil 3-(4-tolil)-4-benzilidenamino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on-1-il)asetat (54) ve 2-[4-amino-3-(4-metilfenil)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on-1-il]asetohidrazid (56) bileşikleri elde edilmiştir.2-[4-Amino-3-(4-tolil)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on-1- il]asetohidrazid (56), 11 farklı aromatik aldehit ile reaksiyona sokularak karşılık gelen 11 adet orijinal hidrazid-Shiff bazı (2-[4-amino-3-(4-tolil)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on-1-il]-N'-(arilmetilen)asetohid-razid)'na (58-69) dönüştürülmüştür.Çalışmada elde edilen yeni bileşiklerin yapı aydınlatılmaları için IR, 1H NMR ve13C NMR spektroskopisi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler:1,2,4-Triazol-5-on, Shiff bazı, aromatik aldehid, asetohidrazid, arilidenasetohidrazid.
dc.description.abstractSynthesis and characterization of some arylideneacetohydrazides containing 1,2,4-triazol-5-one ringIn this study, 3-(4-tolyl)-4-[phenylmethylene)amino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one ( 53) was synthesized according to the way reported in the literature[5], and then, converted to corresponding ethyl 3-(4-tolyl)-4-benzylideneamino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on-1-yl)acetate (54) and 2-[4-amino-3-(4-tolyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on-1-yl]acetohydrazide (56) treatment it with ethyl bromoacetate in the basic media and hydrazyne hydrate, respectively.The synthesis of 2-[4-amino-3-(4-tolyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on-1-yl]-N'-(arylmethylene)acetohydrazides (58-69) was performed with the reaction of compound 56 with 11 diverse aromatic aldehyde.The structures of newly synthesized 13 compounds (54, 56, 58-69) were identified using IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroskopic methodsKey Words: 1,2,4-Triazol-5-one, Shiff Base, aromatic aldehyde, acetohydrazide, arylidenacetohydrazide.en_US
