Türk sigorta sektörünün AB`ye uyum sürecinde rekabet gücü

Abstract

Çalşma ana hatları itibari ile hem ülke hemde insanlar için büyük önem taşıyan sigorta sektörünün tarihsel gelişimi ile Avrupa Birliği'ne üye ülkelerle rekabet edilebilirliğini hukusal mevzuat, prim üretimi, sektörün piyasa yapısı, birbiriyle mukayese edilmesi ve Avrupa Birliği'ne entegrasyon sürecinden geçmekte olan ülkemiz sigorta sektörünün karşılaştırmalı değerlendirmesi yapılmaktadır.Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde rekabetin tanımı, unsurları ve Avrupa Birliği ile ülkemizin Rekabet Hukuku ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise ülkemiz sigota sektörü incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Avrupa Birliği'ne uyum sürecinde Türk sigorta sektörünün karşılaştırmalı değerlendirmesi irdelenmiştir.Çalışma kapsamında, Çek Cumhuriyeti, Almanya, Fransa, Polonya, Macaristan, Birleşik Krallık, Romanya ve ülkemizin sigorta büyüklüklerini CEA 200-2007 raporlarını esas alarak karşılaştırmalı mukayesesi yapılmıştır.

This study mainly focuses on the history of the field of insurance, which is a very important subject for people and countries and also evaluates by comparison the situation of the field of insurace in Turkey within the EU integration process by taking into the legal, production, market structure issues into account.In the fist section of the study I define competition and explain its components and EU Law on Competition. In the second section I examine Turkish insurance market. In the third section I evaluate and compare the situation of Turkey within the process of EU integration.Within the framework of the study I have compared and examined CEA 2000-2007 reports of Check Republic, Germany, France, Poland, Hungary, United Kingdom, Romania and Turkey.
