dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, 2-aminofloren (1) ile p-toluensülfonilklorürün reaksiyonundan N-9H-fluoren-2-il-4-metilbenzensülfonamid (3), başlangıç bileşiği olarak sentezlendi. N-9H-fluoren-2-il-4-metilbenzensülfonamid (3) bileşiği ile 1,2-bis(2-iyodo-etilmerkapto)-4,5-disiyanobenzen (4)'in reaksiyonundan dinitril türevi olarak N,N'-[(4,5-disiyano-1,2-fenilen)bis(tiyoetan-2,1-diil)]bis(N-9H-flouren-2-il-4-metilbenzensülfonamid (5) bileşiği sentezlendi. 1,2-bis(2-iyodoetoksi)-4,5-dibromobenzen (11) ile N-9H-fluoren-2-il-4-metilbenzensülfonamid (3) uygun koşullarda reaksiyona sokularak N,N'-[(4,5-dibromo-1,2-fenilen)bis(oksietan-2,1-diil)]bis(N-9H-flouren-2-il-4-metilbenzensülfonamid (12) elde edildi. Bu dibromo türevi (12) aşırı CuCN ile muamele edilerek N,N'-[(4,5-disiyano-1,2-fenilen) bis(oksietan-2,1-diil)] bis(N-9H-flouren-2-il-4-metilbenzensülfonamid (14) elde edilmiştir. Metalsiz ftalosiyanin (6), (5) bileşiği kullanılarak sentezlenmiştir. Çinko(II) ftalosiyanin (7) bileşiği, kobalt(II) ftalosiyanin (8) ve (15) nolu bileşikleri, Nikel(II) ftalosiyanin (9) ve (16) nolu bileşikleri, bakır(II) ftalosiyanin (10) bileşiği sırasıyla kuru Zn(CH3COO)2, CoCl2, NiCl2 ve CuCl2 tuzları ve 2-(N,N-dimetilamino)etanol kullanılarak mikrodalga fırında elde edilmişlerdir. Yeni bileşiklerin yapıları, elementel analiz, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR, IR, kütle ve UV-vis spektral verileri kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır. | |
dc.description.abstract | In this work, N-9H-fluoren-2-yl-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide (3) was synthesized by the reaction of 2-aminoflourene (1) and p-toluene-sulfonylchloride. N,N?-[(4,5-dicyano-1,2-phenylen)bis(tiyoethan-2,1-diyl)]bis(N-9H-flouren-2-yl-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide (5) was synthesized to get dinitrile derivative by the rection of N-9H-fluoren-2-yl-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide (3) and 1,2-bis(2-iyodo-ethylmerkapto)-4,5-dicyanobenzene (4). N,N?-[(4,5-dibromo-1,2-phenylen)bis(oxyethan-2,1-diyl)]bis(N-9H-flourene-2-yl-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide (12) was prepared under suitable reaction conditions by the reaction of N-9H-fluoren-2-yl-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide (3) with 1,2-bis(2-iyodoethoxy)-4,5-dibromobenzene (11). This dibromo derivative (12) was treated excess amount of CuCN to obtain N,N?-[(4,5-disiyano-1,2-fenilen) bis(oksietan-2,1-diil)] bis(N-9H-flouren-2-il-4-metilbenzensülfonamid (14). Metal-free phthalocyanine (6) was prepared by using compound (5). Zinc (II) phthalocyanine (7), Cobalt (II) phthalocyanines (8) and (15), Nickel (II) phthalocyanines (9) and (15), Copper (II) phthalocyanine were prepared by the reaction of dry metal salts Zn(CH3COO)2, CoCl2, NiCl2, and CuCl2 respectively, by microwave irradiation in 2-(dimethylamino)ethanol (DMAE). The structures of all these original compounds were identified by using elemental analysis, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, IR, mass and UV-vis spectroscopic data. | en_US |
