Uluabat gölü Rotifera türleri üzerine incelemeler

Abstract

ULUABAT GÖLÜ ROTİFERA TÜRLERİ ÜZERİNE İNCELEMELER İlkay YILMAZ ÖZ Bu çalışmada, Bursa ili sınırlan içinde yer alan ötrofik karakterdeki Uluabat Gölü'nün Rotifera türleri ve mevsimsel populasyon yoğunlukları incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, gölde belirlenen istasyonlardan plankton ve su örnekleri alınmıştır. Örnekleme sırasında sıcaklık, çözünmüş oksijen, pH, elektriksel iletkenlik, Seki derinliği ölçülmüştür. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda Uluabat Gölü'nde, Rotifera'ya ait 32 tür tespit edilmiştir (Brachionus calyciflorus, Brachionus quadridentatus, Brachionus angularis, Brachionus diversicornis, Brachionus caudatus, Keratella quadrata, Keratella cochlearis, Kerateila tropica, Notholca acuminata, Polyarthra vulgaris, Polyarthra dolicoptera, Polyarthra remata, Synchaeta pectinata, Synchaeta tremula, Ascomorpha ovalis, Filinia terminalis, Filinia longiseta, Hexarthra mira, Asplanchna priodonta, Asplanchna sieboldi, Conochilus unicornis, Cephalodella gibba, Lecane luna, Lecane lunaris, Coiurella obtusa, Lepadella patella, Euchlanis dilatata, Trichotria pocillum, Trichocerca elongata, Thchocerca collan's, Pompholyx complanata, Testudinella patina). A STUDY ON ROTIFERA SPECIES IN ULUABAT LAKE İlkay YILMAZ ABSTRACT In this study, the rotifera species and their seasonal population density w ere determined in a eutrophic Uluabat lake, which located in the boundries of Bursa province. During the study period, plankton and water samples were collected from the stations which determined in the lake, and the water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, electrical conductivity and Secchi depth were measured. In this study, totally 32 rotifera species were identified from the Uluabat lake these species are Brachionus calyciflorus, Brachionus quadridentatus, Brachionus angularis, Brachionus diversicornis, Brachionus caudatus, Kerateila quadrata,Keratella coch lean's, Kerateila tropica, Notholca acuminata, Polyarthra vulgaris, Polyarthra dolicoptera, Polyarthra remata, Synchaeta pectinata, Synchaeta tremula, Ascomorpha ovalis, Filinia terminalis, Filinia longiseta, Hexarthra mira, Asplanchna priodonta, Asplanchna sieboldi, Conochilus unicornis, Cephalodella gibba, L ecane luna, Lecane lunaris, Colurella obtusa, Lepadella patella, Euchlanis dilatata, Trichotria pocillum, Trichocerca elongata, Trichocerca collaris, Pompholyx complanata, Testudinella patina. The figures also were given together with the diagnostic keys to the species.
