Trabzon Visera (Işıklar) Hidroelektrik Santrali restorasyon önerisi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, Trabzon İli, Akçaabat İlçesi, Işıklar Mahallesi, Santral Caddesi, No: 88, G42-B-14-B-2-C;G42-B-14-B-3-B pafta, 331 ada, 1 parselde konumlanan 265 metrekare büyüklüğündeki Visera (Işıklar) Hidroelektrik Santrali'nin günümüzdeki durumu belgelenmiş ve restorasyon projesi hazırlanmıştır. Trabzon Kültür ve Tabiat Varlıklarını Koruma Kurulu tarafından 29/11/2013 tarihli ve 1535 sayılı kararla tescillenmiş olan bu binanın planlanmaya başlandığı 1925'ten günümüze değişimi gözler önüne serilmiştir. Visera (Işıklar) Hidroelektrik Santrali'nin konu olarak ele alındığı bu tez çalışması dört ana başlıkta toplanmıştır. İlk bölümünde çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve belgeleme çalışmaları sırasında kullanılan yöntemler anlatılmıştır. Türkiye'de elektriğin kullanım ve üretim süreci incelenmiştir. Hidroelektrik üretim santralleri ve endüstri mirası hakkında detaylı bilgiler de yine bu bölümde ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümü olan yapılan çalışmalar bölümünde Işıklar Mahallesi, Visera (Işıklar) Elektrik Santrali'nin kuruluş süreci ve kuruluşundan günümüze geçirdiği değişimlerden bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde yapının mekansal kurgusu, taşıyıcı sistemi, yapının geçirdiği dönemsel değişiklikler ile restitüsyonu ele alınmıştır. Yine bu bölümde yapının onarımına ilişkin müdahaleler ve müze işlevi eklenmesi yer almıştır. Çalışma, tüm bu bilgi ve önerilerin değerlendirildiği sonuç bölümüyle tamamlanmıştır.

In this thesis, in Trabzon Province, Akçaabat District, Işıklar Neighborhood, Santral Street, No: 88, G42-B-14-B-2-C, G42-B-14-B-3-B sheet, 331 island, the present situation of the Visera Hydroelectric Power Plant in the 265 square meter area is documented and the restoration project is prepared. This building, which was registered by the Conservation Council for the Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets of Trabzon, by the decision numbered 1535 dated 29/11/2013, has been unveiled since 1925, when the planning began. This thesis, which is the subject of Visera Hydroelectric Power Plant, is gathered around four main subjects. In first subject the purpose of study, the scope and the methods used during the documentation are explained. Usage and generation process of electricity in Turkey are explained as periods such as before and after Republic. Detailed information about generation methods about electricity and river type hydroelectric generation stations are also mentioned in this section. The second section of the study is about all the work had been done during the study. Establishment and changing process of the Işıklar Neighborhood, Visera Power Plant over time are explained in this section. The third section of the study is the spatial design, structure, periodical changes and resitution of the building are explained. Interventions for the restoration of the building and the addition of museum functions are also included in this third section. The study has been completed with the conclusion part where all the information and suggestions are evaluated.
