Ağaç işleri endüstrisinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili mevcut durumun belirlenmesi: Mobilya sektörü örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Ankara ilinde faaliyet gösteren 9 mobilya firmasında incelemelerde bulunulmuştur. Bu dokuz firma, çalışan sayılarına göre: 10 kişiden az, 10'dan çok 50'den az sayıda ve 50'den fazla çalışan istihdam eden olmak üzere üç gruba ayrılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu işletmelerde çalışanlardan, toplamda 112 kişiyle anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket çalışmasının yanında, Fine-Kinney Risk Değerlendirme Yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan analizlerle, mobilya imalatı yapan işletmelerdeki iş güvenliği tedbirlerine yönelik durum tespiti yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda elde edilen veriler dikkate alınarak değerlendirmeler yapılmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur.

In this study, it was analyzed 9 furniture companies operating in Ankara. These firms were grouped according to the number of employees. It is that employment is `less than 10 employees`, `between 10-50 employees` and `more than 50 employees` in the business context that is working. This survey collected data by interviewing in total 112 people working in the business. Besides the survey, Fine-Kinney Risk Assessment Method were used to identify furniture manufacturing company that makes the safety measures to control occupational risks. Assessments were made in the light of the data obtained by the survey and according to risk analysis, recommendations are presented within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety.
