dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Callosobruchus chinensis' in değişik yaşlı tüm yaşam dönemleri 24 saat süresince değişik sıcaklıklarda fosfin ve fosfin + vakuma maruz bırakılmış ve ölüm oranları elde edilmiştir.Araştırma sonuçlarına bakıldığında 15oC sıcaklıkta 1000 ppm uygulamasında 72-96 saatlik yumurtalarda; 1000 ppm + 50, 100 mmHg vakum altında 48-72 saatlik ve 72-96 saatlik yumurtalarda; 1500 ppm + 50, 100mmHg vakumda 48-72 saatlik ve 72-96 saatlik yumurtalarda mutlak ölüm görülmüştür. 20oC sıcaklıkta 1000 ppm ve 50 mmHg vakum uygulamasında 72-96 saatlik yumurtalarda ve 1500 ppm ve 50, 100 mmHg vakum uygulamasında 0-24 ve 72-96 saatlik yumurtalarda % 100 ölüm görülmüştür. 25oC sıcaklıkta 1000 ppm ve 50, 100 mmHg vakum altında 72-96 saatlik yumurtalarda; 1500 ppm fosfin uygulamasında 72-96 saatlik yumurtalar 1500 ppm + 50, 100 mmHg vakumda 0-24 saatlik ve 72-96 saatlik yumurtalarda % 100 ölüm görülmüştür. Tüm uygulamalarda larva evresinde 15oC ve 25oC sıcaklıklarda; pupa evresinde 25oC sıcaklıkta; ergin evresinde ise tüm sıcaklıklarda mutlak ölüme ulaşılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this research, all life stages of different ages of Callosobruchus chinensis were exposed to different phosphine and phosphine + vacuum levels for 24 h at different temperatures to get mortality rates. At 15oC, complete mortality of eggs was observed in 72-96 h old eggs at 1000 ppm phosphine; observed in 48-72 and 72-96 at 1000 ppm phosphine-50 and 100 mmHg. At the same temperature complete mortality of 48-72 and 72-96 h old eggs was observed in 1500 ppm-50 and 100 mmHg applications. At 20oC 1000 ppm phosphine-50 mmHg application resulted in complete mortality on 72-96 h old eggs. Complete mortality was also observed at1500 ppm-50 and 100 mmHg applications on 0-24 and 72-96 h old eggs. At 250C, complete mortality were obtained at 1000 ppm phosphine ? 50 and 100 mmHg vacuum on 72-96 h old eggs; same results were also obtained at 1500 ppm phosphine on 72-96 h old eggs; at 1500 ppm phosphine + 50 and 100 mmHg vacuum on 0-24 and 72-96 h old eggs.For the larvae at 15 and 25oC complete mortality were observed in all applications. Total mortality for pupae were obtained at 25oC in all applications. Adult stage is the most susceptible stage and complete mortality were obtained at all temperatures and all applications.en_US
