Kurugöl (Bolu) zooplankton kompozisyonunun mevsimsel değişimi ve bazı çevresel parametrelerle ilişkisi

Abstract

Batı Karadeniz Bölgesi'nde yer alan Kurugöl (Bolu)'ün bazı fiziko-kimyasal parametrelerini (sıcaklık, hidrojen iyon konsantrasyonu, elektriksel iletkenlik, çözünmüş oksijen miktarı ve ışık geçirgenliği) ve zooplankton faunasını tespit etmek amacıyla belirlenen dört istasyondan, Mayıs 2011-Aralık 2011 tarihleri arasında mevsimsel olarak örneklemeler yapılmıştır.Çalışma sonucunda Rotifera'dan 46, Cladocera'dan 12 ve Copepoda'dan 1 tür olmak üzere, toplamda 59 tür teşhis edilmiştir. Gölde tespit edilen zooplanktonun sayısal olarak (B/m3) %87'sini Rotifera, %9'unu Cladocera ve %4 `ünü Copepoda grubuna ait organizmalar oluşturmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda tespit edilen türlerin tamamı Kurugöl (Bolu) için yeni kayıttır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Zooplankton, Kurugöl, Mevsimsel deği?im, Fiziko-kimyasal parametreler

In order to determine some physico-chemical parameters (temperature, hydrogen ion concentration, electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen and water transparency) and the zooplankton fauna and of Kurugöl Lake (Bolu) that is located at in the Western Black Sea Region where the samples were collected in seasonally intervals May 2011-December 2012 from three.At the end of the research, 46 species from Rotifera, 12 species from Cladocera, 1 species from Copepoda, totally 59 species were identified in the lake. It was determined that zooplanktonic organisms are composed of 87% Rotifera, 9% Cladocera ve 4% Copepoda.
