Alev iyonlaşma detektörü ile bazı organik çözücülerin response faktörlerinin injeksiyon ve plastik gaz toplama kabı metoduyla tayin edilmesi

Abstract

/ ÖZEI Bu çalışmada alev iyonlaşma detektörü ile uçucu or ganik çözücülerden Perki or et ilen, 1,1,1 Trikloretan ve n-Pen- tanm response faktörleri injeksiyon metoduyla bulunmuştur. Ayrıca injeksiyon metoduyla bir karşılaştırma yapabilmek i- çin yine n-Pentanm response faktörünün plâstik gaz toplama kabı metoduyla tayini yapılmıştır. Deneyimizde kullandığımız alev iyonlaşma detektörü nün proses esnasında çeşitli uçucu organik maddelerin özel liklerine bağlı olarak değişik pikler vermesinden dolayı, a- let önce belli bir gaz ile kalibre edilmiş ve daha sonra kan- titatif tayini yapılacak olan gaz fazmdaki organik çözücü lerin kalibre gazına göre response (denklik) faktörleri bu lunmuştur.

II ' S-' SUMMARY In this study,with a flame ionization detector, the response factors of organic solvents; Perchloroethylene, 1,1,1 Triehloroethane and n-Penthane were determined, by in jection method. The response factor of n-Penthane was also determined with a plastic gas collecting cushion for compa ring with the injection method. The flame ionization detector which was used during the process showed different peaks depending on the proper ties of various volatile organic matters. For that reason, Firstly, the insrument was calibrated with a known gas. Then the response factors of organic solvents in the gas phase which their quantitative analysis will be determined, were calculated with respect to the calibrated gas.
