dc.description.abstract | öz Araştırmada, broyler rasyonlarında protein ve enerji kaynağı olarak kullanılan soya küspesi ve bitkisel yağ (soya yağı) yerine tam yağlı extrude soyanın İkâme edilebilme imkanları araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada, 250 adet günlük ticari Hybro civciv kullanılmıştır. Civcivlere ilk dört hafta % 22 proteinli etlik civciv yemi, son dört hafta ise % 20 proteinli etlik piliç yemi verilmiştir. Kontrol rasyonu (K), piyasada kullanılan pratik rasyonları temsil eden ve bünyesinde % 28 soya küspesi + soya yağı karışımı ( % 84.2 soya küspesi + % 15.8 soya yağı) ihtiva eden bir rasyondur. Deneme rasyonları, kontrol rasyonundaki soya küspesi + yağ karışımı yerine % 28 (Rl), % 21 (R2), % 14 (R3) ve % 7 (R4) tam yağlı extrude soya ikâme edilerek elde edilmiştir. Deneme gruplarında 8. hafta sonunda ortalama canlı ağırlık sırasıyla 2740.0, 2737.4, 2655.2, 2714.1 ve 2809.4 g ve yem değerlendirme sayısı ise 1.99, 1.95, 1.94, 2.02 ve 2.02 olarak tesbit edilmiştir. Deneme sonunda grupların karkas randımanları sırasıyla % 78.5, % 75.7, % 78.0, % 77.7 ve % 77.1 5 canlı ağırlığın yüzdesi olarak abdominal yağ miktarları sırasıyla % 2.07, % 2.46, % 2.51, % 2.26 ve £ 2,25 olurken, pankreas ağırlıkları yine sırasıyla 3.83, 4.70, 5.05, 4.84 ve 4.93 g olarak tesbit edilmiştir. | |
dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT A research on the usage of extruded full-fat soyabean in broiler rations In this research, parcial replacement of extruded full- fat soyabean in place of soyabean meal (SBM) and soya oil (so), which used as protein and energy source in broiler rations were examined. Day old Hybro chicks were used as experimental materi al. During the first four weeks of experiment, the chicks were fed with starter ration containing 22 % protein, and last four weeks with 20 % protein finisher ration. The control ration is a practical ration representing the widely used broiler ration with a 28 % soyabean meal and soya oil ( 84.2 % SBM and 15.8 % soya oil). Experimental rati ons were obtained by substition of SBM + SO with 28 % (Rl), 21 % (R2), 14 % (R3) and 7 % (R4) extruded full- fat soyabean. The birds were weighed individually and feed consumpti on was determined on the basis of replicates at the end of eve ry week. In the experimental groups at the end of 8 th weeks average body weights arid feed efficiency were as` fallows $'. 2740.0, 2737.4, 2655.2, 2714.1, 2809.4 g's and 1.99, 1.95, 1.94, JU02, 2.02. Percent carcass ratio in experimental groups were as fallows j 78.5 %, 75.7 %, 78.0 %, 77.7 % and 77.1 %. Abdominal fate as percent of body weight were 2.07 %, 2.46 %, 2.51 %, 2.26 and 2.25 % and pancreas weights were 3.83, 4.70, 5.05, 4.84 and 4.93 g's in experimental groups.4 With respect to all characters examined, no statis tically significant effects were obtained (P>0.05). But a gradual inerement were observed on percent abdominal fat con tent from control to ration 4 (R4), but this effect was not also significant. Pancreas weights in experimental groups showed that there was no anti-nutritional effects. | en_US |
