dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, vk-dioksim grupları ihtiva eden anti- ve amphi-N- (benzil)aminoglioksim (BAGH2 ve BCGH2), syn- ve amphi-N-(fenil)aminogliok- sim (PBGH2 ve PCGH2) ve onların tranzisyon metal kompleksleri elde edildi Ayrıca amphi- yapısmda elde edilen oksimlerin ve komplekslerinin anti- izomerine dönüşümü incelendi. Çalışmada, kloralhidral ve hidroksilaminhıdroklorürden çıkılarak önce amphi-kloroglioksim daha sonra da, literatüre uygun olarak, anli-kloroglioksim elde edildi. anti-Klorogüoksimin alkoldeki çözeltisi, anilinin ve benzüaminin alkoldeki çözeltilerine ilave edilip su ile çöktürülerek; sırasıyla anli-N-(benzil)ami- noglioksim ve sy n-N-(f enil) amin oglioksim; amphi-kloroglioksim, katı bir şekilde, yine anilinin ve benzüaminin çok az alkollü sudaki çözeltilerine ilave edilerek amp hi-N-(f enil) aminoglioksim, amphi- N-(benzü)aminoglioksim elde edildi. Alkol-su ortammda çözülmüş olan ligandlara, suda çözülmüş olan Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Fe(II) ve U02(VI) tuzlarının ekivalenl miktarlarınm ilavesiyle birlikle 3,0-3,5 civarına kadar düşen pH, 0,1 N NaOH ile 5,5-6,0'ya ayarlanarak kompleksler çöklürüldü. Komplekslerdeki metal-ligand oram Job metoduna göre lesbit edildi. amphi- Yapısmda olan ligandlar etanol içerisinde, iki saat kaynatıldığı zaman anti- izomerlerine dönüştüğü tespit edildi. Aynca, amphi- ve syn- ligandlannın elerli çözeltilerinden kuru HC1 gazı geçirilip Na2C03 ile muamelesinden ve liganiann sulu KOH çözeltisi ile muamelesinden de anti- izomerleri elde edildi. Daha sonra amphi- ligandlarla elde edilen Ni(II) komplekslerinin anti- komplekslerine dönüşümü incelendi Sonuç olarak 4 lig and 16 kompleks izole edildi; NMR, İR ve elementel analiz teknikleri ile yapılan aydınlatılmaya çalışıldı. | |
dc.description.abstract | In this investigation, anti- and amphy- N-(benzyl)aminoglyoxime (BAGH2, BCGH2) and syn- and amphy- N-(phenyl)aminoglyoxime (PBGH2, PCGH2), containing vic-dioxime groups were prepared and their transition metal complexes were isolated. Furthermore, the convertion of the prepared` amply- oximes and their complexes into their anti- isomers were studied. Initially amphy- chloroglyoxime, then ami- chloroglyoxime were synthesized with the method proposed in literature, by reacting chloralhydrale with hydroxilamine hydrochloride. By adding the alcoholic, solution of anli- chloglyoxime into the alcoholic solution of aniline and benzylamine followed by the addition of water, the following compounds were precipitated respectively: anti-N-(benzyI)aminoglyoxime and syn-N-(phenyl)aminoglypxime: amphy- chloroglyoxime (in solid form). By adding the same into aqueous solution of aniline and benzylamine amphy-N-(phenyl)aminoglyoxime and amphy-N- (benzyl)aminoglyoxime were isolated. Ligands were dissolved in alcohol water mixture and to these solution aqueous solutions of Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Fe(II) and U02(VI) salts, containing equivalent quantities were added. The pH of the mixture, which decreased to 3.0- 3.5 was adjusted to 5.5-6.0 with 0.1 N NaOH solution. Metal-Iigand ratio of the complexes were determined by the JOB method when the ligands of amphy- form were boiled in elhanol for two hours, convertion to their anti- isomers was observed. Furthermore, ether solution of amphy- and syn- ligands when flushed with dry HCI gas, and treated with Na2C03, their anti- isomers were formed. Then the convertion of Ni(II) complexes of amphy- ligands into their anti- complexes was studied. In conclulion, four different ligands and sixteen complexes were isolated. Their structures were determined by NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analytical technics. | en_US |
