Bu ligandlar: âmpM-L2-Bis(aminoglioksiın)efan Dihidroklorür (amplıi-EBGIT2), anJi-1,2- Bis(aminoglioksim)etan Dihidroklorür (anti-EBGH2). MiphH 3-Bis(amino~ glioksim)propan Dihidroklorür (amphi-PBGH2), anli-l,3-Bis(aminogliok- sim)propan Dihidroklorür (âDii-PBGH2), âmpJü-l,2-Bis(aminoglioksİm)pro- pan Dihidroklorür (amphi-PAGH2). Bis(isonitrosofenilketimin)etaıı-l,2 (BPEH2) ve Bis(isonitrosofenilketimin)propaıı-l,3 (BPPH2)'dir. Çahşmanın birinci kademesinde, âflîphi-kloroglioksim ve anü kloroglioksim'in dietileter:n-hekzan (1:1 oranında) veya diisopropilelerli ortamda, alifatik primer aminlerle reaksiyonundan, am^M-EBQB2, ampbj- PBGH2 ve amphi-PAGH2 ligandlan ile bu ligandların Ni(II). Co(II) ve Cu(ll) melal iyonlan ile metal-ligand oranı 3:1 olan Irinüklcer kompleksleri ve aynılîgandların Mii-izomefleri ve yine avnı melal ivonlart ile melal lie and oranı 1:1 olan mononükleer kompleksleri izole edildi. Çalışmanın ikinci kademesinde, isonitrosoaselofenon*un mutlak alkol veya diisopropilelerli ortamda, alifatik primer aminlerle reaksiyonundan. BPEII2 ve BPPII2 ligandları sentezlendi. Bu ligandlann ve bis(isonilrosofcnilkctimin)propan-l,2'nin Ni(II), Co(II) ve Cu(II) iyonları ile metal-ligand oranı 1:1 olan mononükleer kompleksleri sentezlendi. Komplekslerin sentezinde, mutlak alkollü ortamda gerçekleştirilen reaksiyon sonucunda suda çözünebilen kare düzlem ve kalyonik kompleksler izole edilirken, alkol su karışımında ve pH'ın 5,5 civarına ayarianmasıyia; Ni(ll) kompleksleri paramağnelik ve oktahedral, Co(II), Co(III)'e yükseltgenerek diamağnelik ve oktahedral, Cu(II) paramağnelik ve tetrahedral geometrilerde, suda çözünmeyen ve melal-lİgand oram 1:1 olan nölür kompleksler izole edildi. Sonuç olarak, literatürde kaydına raslanmayan yedi yeni ligand ve otuzaltı kompleks izole edildi. Bunların yapıları» 'H-NMR. Prof. Dr. Gazi İREZ 1994, Page: 52 Jury: Ffor.Dr. Turgut GÜNDÜZ Prof.Dr. Mürşide TÜZÜN In this work seven new ligands and their transition metal complxes were synthesized, which were not yet reported in the literature references. These ligands are ainphi-i,2-bis(aminoglyoxime)elhane dihidrochloride (ampiu-EBGH2), âDİi-l,2-bis(aminoglyoxime)elhane dihidrochloride (ajili- EBGII2), 3iapJii-l,3-bis(aminoglyoxime)propane dihidrochloride (amphi- PBGH2), 2nü-l,3-bis(aminoglyoximc)propanc dihidrochloride (anti PBGH2), ajspjii-l,2-bis(aminoglyoxime)propane dihidrochloride (amphi- PAGH2), bis(isonitrosophenylketimin)ethane-l,2 (BPEII2) and bis(isonitro- sophenylketimin)propane-l,3 (BPPH2). In the first part of this work, the ajnpJii-EBGlK amphi-PBGH2 and ajnphi-PAGH2 ligands were synthesized and their trinuclear complexes of a metal-ligand ratio of 3:1 were prepared with Ni(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) ions. Mononuclear complexes of metal-ligand ratio of 1:1 were prepared with anji- isomcrs of the same ligands with the same metal ions. uiIn the second pari of the work. BPHH2 ami HPPIK ligands were synthesized, the mononuclear complexes of metal-ligand ratio of 1 : 1 of these ligands and bis(isonilrosophenylketimin)propane-i,2 with Ni(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) ions were prepared. In the synthesis of complexes, which were performed in absolute alcoholic medium, square-planar, water soluble calionic complexes were isolated, while, in alcohol-water mixture at about pH= 5.5, Ni(II) complexes were paramagnetic and octahedral, and the complex which formed with Co(III), which resuted from the oxidation of Co(II) to Co(III) were diamagnelic and octahedral and Cu(IJ) yielded paramagnetic telrahedral complexes. The above complexes were neutral, water insoluble. In conclusion, seven new ligands and thirty six complexes were synthesized, non of which were so for reported in literature references. Their structure were determined with 'H-NMR, IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses and magnetic succeplibility. KEY WORDS; Oxim, imino-oxim, Ni(Il), Co(II), Cu(Il) complexes IVen_US
