İsmet UÇAN 1998, 30 sayfa Jüri : Prof.Dr. Ramazan MİRZAOĞLU Doç.Dr. H. İsmet UÇAN Yrd.Doç.Dr. A. İhsan PEKACAR Bu çalışmada çıkış maddesi olarak asetofenon kullanıldı. Asetofenon sodyum etoksitli ortamda bütil nitrit ile nitrozolanarak isonitrosoasetofenon elde edildi. Elde edilen isonitrosoasetofenon literatürlerde belirtilen metodlara dayanarak hidrazin hidrat ile kenetleme reaksiyonu yapılarak isonitrosofenilhidrazin elde edildi. İsonitrosofenilhidrazinin değişik aldehitlerle (Benzaldehit, 4-Kloro benzaldehit ve 4-metil benzaldehit) reaksiyonu sonucu hidrozonlar (benzal-azino- isonitrosoasetofenon, 4-kloro benzal-azino isonitrosoasetofenon ve 4-metil benzal- azino isonitrosoasetofenon) sentezlenmiştir. Alkollü ortamda çözünmüş ligantlara, suda çözünmüş olan Ni(II), Co(II), Cu(II) ve Zr(IV) klorür tuzlan ilave edilerek renkli kompleksler çöktürüldü. Sonuç olarak isonitrosofenilhidrazinin, benzaldehit, 4-kloro-benzaldehit ve 4-metil benzaldehit ile yaptığı 3 ayrı ligand ve kompleksleri izole edilerek, elementel analizleri, İR ve 1H-NMR spektrumları alınarak yapıları aydınlatıldı. Isonitrosoacetaphenone were obtained a by through of nitrocification with butylnitrite in the presence of acetaphonone sodium-ethoxide. Isonitrosophenylehydrazine were synthesised by the coupling reaction with hydrazinehydrate according to the published methods in the literature. Hydrozones have been synthesised by the reaction of isonitroso phenylhidrazine with different aldehydes at the following (Benzal-azino-isonitrosoacetephenone from benzaldehyde, 4-klorobenzal-azino isonitrosoacetephenone from 4-chloro- benzaldehyde and 4-methyl benzal-azino-isonitrosoacetephenone from 4-methyl benzaldehyde). The color complexes were precipitated by the addition Ni(II), Co(II), Cu(II) and Zr(IV) chlorides salts to the ligands which one dissolved in the presence of alcohols. In conclusion, three different ligand of isonitrosophenylhydrazine formed with benzaldehyde, 4-chlorobenzaldehyde and 4-methyl benzaldehyde and their complexes were synthesised. The structure of the obtained ligands and the complexes were characterized by the elementary analysis, IR and ^.NMR spectras. Key Words : Isonitrosoacetophenone, hidrazine, azine, complexen_US
