dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, litaretürde rastlanmayan dört adet yeni ligand ve bu ligandların bazı geçiş metalleri ile kompleksleri sentezlendi. Bu ligandlar; anti-glioksimhidrazin (GH2), anti-2-pridilaldehitglioksimhidrazon (PGH2), anti-furfuraldehitglioksimhidrazon (FGH2) ve a-oksiminotiyosemikarbazidilasetaldehittiyosernikarbazon (TSH2)'dir Çalışmanın birinci kademesinde, anti-kloroglioksimin alkol-su (4:1) sisteminde, hidrazin hidrat ile reaksiyonu sonucu PGH2 ve FGH2 gibi vic-dioksimli hidrazon ligandları sentezlendi. Bu ligandların (PGH2ve FGH2) Ni(II), Co(ü) ve Cu(II) iyonlan ile metal-ligand oranı 1 :2 olan tek çekirdekli kompleksleri izole edildi. Çalışmanın ikinci kademesinde, anti-kloroglioksimin, alkol-su (1:1) sisteminde, tiyosemikarbazit ile reaksiyonu sonucu bir tür oksim-karbazon olan cc-oksimino- tiyosemikarbazidilasetaldehittiyosemikarbazon (TSH2) ligandı sentezlendi. Bu ligandın Ni(H), Co(II) ve Cu(II) iyonları ile metal-ligand oram 1:1 olan tek çekirdeklikompleksleri elde edildi. Bunların yapılan, *H NMR, İR Spektroskopisi, elemental analiz teknikleri ile aydınlatıldı. dc.description.abstractIn this work, four novel vic-dioxime compounds and their transition metal complexes which have not been met in the literature previously are synthesized. These ligands are anti-glyoximehydrazine (GH2), aw#-2-pyridylaldehydeglyoximehydrazone (PGH2), anti-furfuraldehydeglyoximehydrazone (FGH2) and a-oximinothiosemicar bazidylacetaldehydethiosemicarbazone(TSH2). In the first part of this work, anti-glyoximehydrazine was synthesized by the reaction of anti-chloroglyoxime and hydrazine hydrate in alcohol- water 4:1 system. After that this ligand was reacted some aldehydes and vic-dioxime hydrazone like PGH2 and FGH2 were synthesized. Mononuclear complexes with a metal-ligand ratio of 1 :2 were prepared with Ni(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) ions. In the second part of the work, a-oximinothiosemicarbazidylacetaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (TSH2) wich is a kind of oxime-carbazone were isolated by the 111reaction of awft'-chloroglyoxime and thiosemicarbazide in the alchole-water 1:1 solution. Mononuclear complexes of a metal ligand ratio of 1:1 were prepared with M(II), Co(II) and Cu(H) ions. The stuctures of ligands and complexes were determined by *H NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analytical techniques.
