Komposta karıştırılan maddelerin kültür mantarının (agaricus bisporus (lange) sing) verim ve kalitesine etkileri

Abstract

Dr. Celaleddin ÖZTÜRK Bu araştırma, komposta karıştırılan bazı maddelerin kültür mantarının (Agarîcus bisporus) verim ve kalitesine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Denemede katkı maddesi olarak; hayvan süt yemi, mısır unu, buğday kepeği, soya küspesi, ayçiçeği tohumu küspesi ve bunların eşit miktarlarının karışımı kullanılmıştır. Elli gün süreyle kültür mantarı yetiştiriciliği yapılmıştır. Elli günlük hasat sonunda yapılan değerlendirmede en yüksek ortalama verim, karışım 50 g ve 150 g uygulanan torbalardan ( 2756 ve 2710 g/torba) elde edilmiştir ( P< 0.01). Onbeş günlük hasat sonunda ortalama erkenci verim olarak, karışım 250 g uygulama torbalarından (1714 g/torba), otuz günlük hasat sonunda ise ortalama erkenci verim olarakta karışım 150 ve 250 g uygulama torbalarından ( 2288 ve 2282 g/torba) elde edilmiştir ( PO.01). Söz konusu katkı maddelerinin ürünün fiziksel özellikleri üzerine de ( P<0.01) ( ortalama karpofor ağırlığı, şapka çapı, şapka ağırlığı, sap çapı, sap uzunluğu ve sap ağırlığı) arttırıcı etkilerinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Denemede adı geçen katkı maddeleri mantarın, % protein, % azot, % potasyum ve % fosfor değerlerine olan etkileri istatistiki yönden önemli çıkmamıştır. Doç.Dr. Celaleddin ÖZTÜRK This research was carried out to determine the effects of some nutrients added into the compost, on the yield and quality of mushroom (Agaricus hisporus). In the experiment, animal milk fodder, corn flour, wheat scurf, soybean, sunflawer seed and the same amount of mixtures of them were used as additional nutrients. Growing period lasted for 50 days. At the end of the growing period of the mushrooms follwing the 50 days, the highest (P<0.01) yields were achieved with the additives of 50 g and 150 g and they were 2756 g/sack and 2710 g/sack respectively. The average early-harvesting yield was 1714 g/sack with the additives of 250 g at the end of 15 days of harvesting period, whereas it was 2288 g/sack and 2282 g/sack with the additives of 150 g and 250 g following the harvesting period of 30 days, respectively (P<0.01). On the other hand, the additives imposed significant effects on some physical properties (average carpophore weight, cap diameter, cap weight, stem diameter, stem length and stem weight) of the product (P<0.01). Effects of the additives on the protein %, N %, P % and K % contens of the mushrooms were not found statistically significant, at the experiment.
