Hüyük (Konya) ilçesinde bruchıdae familyası (baklagil tohum böcekleri) (Coleoptera) türleri, yayılışları ve baklagil ürünlerindeki zararı

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Konya'nın Hüyük ilçesinde Bruchidae familyası türlerini ve baklagil tanelerindeki bulaşıklık oranını belirlemek için 2010-2012 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Ergin bruchidler hasat edilen fasulye, nohut, mercimek ve macarfiğ gibi baklagillerden alınan örneklerin kültüre alınmasıyla ve araziden atrapla toplanarak elde edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda 13 tür tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar: Callosobruchus maculatus Fab., Callosobruchus chinensis L., Acanthoscelides obtectus Say., Bruchus hamatus Mill., Bruchus tristis Boh., Bruchus affinis Fröl., Bruchus rufipes Hbst., Bruchus atomarius L., Bruchus brachialis Fahr., Bruchus ervi Fröl., Bruchus lentis Fröl., Bruchus rufimanus Boh., Bruchus pisorum L. türleridir. Bu türlerden A. obtectus en yaygın ve bol bulunan türdür. Baklagil danelerinin tohum böcekleriyle % bulaşıklık oranları; en yüksek fasulyede % 10.13 (Budak köyü) ve fasulyede % 9.72 (Çavuş kasabası), nohutta % 6.16 (Çavuş kasabası) olarak belirlenmiştir. Danede en yüksek % ağırlık kaybı Kıreli kasabasından alınan fasulye örneklerinde (% 3.08), en düşük ağırlık kaybı ise Çukurkent köyünden alınan mercimek örneklerinde (% 0.11) bulunmuştur. Bruchid türlerinde cinsiyet oranları araştırılmış ve dört türde erkek oranı daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Bu türlerde erkek/dişi oranları; B. atomarius 77.78/ 22.22, A. obtectus 52.41 / 47.59, C. maculatus 55.13/44.87, C. chinensis 51.35/48.65 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Diğer türlerde ise dişi oranının erkeklerdekinden daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir.

This study was conducted in order to determine leguminous seed beetle (Bruchidae) species and infected seed ratios of the legume samples in 2010-2012 years in Hüyük District of Konya Province, Turkey. The adult beetles were obtained from cultured samples of legumes same as bean, chickpea, lentil and Hungarian wetch, taken from harvested crop in addition to collecting by sweep-net in the fields. At the end of the study, totally 13 species were found. These are; Callosobruchus maculatus Fab., Callosobruchus chinensis L., Acanthoscelides obtectus Say., Bruchus hamatus Mill., Bruchus tristis Boh., Bruchus affinis Fröl., Bruchus rufipes Hbst., Bruchus atomarius L., Bruchus brachialis Fahr., Bruchus ervi Fröl., Bruchus lentis Fröl., Bruchus rufimanus Boh., Bruchus pisorum L. From these species, A.obtectus was the most common and widespread species on the beans. Maximum ratios of the infected legume seeds were determined as 10.13 % (from Budak Town) and 9.72 % (from Çavuş Town) on beans and % 6.16 on chickpeas. Maximum weight loss % ratio of the seeds was 3.08 % on beans (from Kıreli Town) and minimum ratio was 0.11 % on lentil (from Çukurköy Village). Sexual index of the bruchid species was also investigated. It was found that male ratio was higher than the females in 4 species. The male/female ratios of these species were B. atomarius 77.78/ 22.22, A. obtectus 52.41 / 47.59, C. maculatus 55.13/44.87, C. chinensis 51.35/48.65. The male ratios of the other species were found lower than the females.
