dc.description.abstract43 ÖZET Bu çalışma farklı aylardaki abortus larda timusun histo lojik olarak incelenmesi ve hücre tiplerinin tayini amacıyla yapıldı. Ayrıca immun sistemde aktif görev alan T lenfosit lerinin histolojik olarak farklılaşmasıda incelendi. Çalışmada, 4,5 ve 6'ncı aylara ait 5 'er adet insan fötusu kullanıldı. Sonuçta, timus memeli dokuların en erken hücre olgun laşmasını sağlayan, immun sistemin ilk organıdır. T lenfo sitlerin olgunlaşma yeridir ve muhtemelen bu olgunlaşma timus korteksinde başlamaktadır. 6 aylık fötuslarda hassal korpüsküllerinin hacimce artmış olması, bu çalışmada görülen en önemli farktır. Plazma hücrelerinin varlığı, T lenfosit lerin B lenfositleri uyarmasından başka timusun, humoral immun cevapta daha önemli rolü olduğunu gösterir.
dc.description.abstract44 SUMMARY A Histological study of Thymus in Fetus. This investigation was made in the differentiation months to examine thymus as a Histological sitvation in abortus and discover the types of cell. Otherwise the Histologic differential of T lymphocytes which were active in immunsystem were examined. In this investigation for the fourth, fifth and sixth months five kinds of human fetus were examined. Finally, it was discovered that thymus which secured the mature of the cell quickly in the lymphoid tissue was the unique organ of immunsystem. T is the mature place of lymphocytes and it is possible that this mature situation begins in thymus cortex. In the sixth month the volume of Hassall's Corpuscles in fetus is growing up and this situation is showing that it is the most important difference in this investigation. The existence of plasma cells shows that T lymphocytes awake B lymphocytes and in the other side thymus has got an important active role in the humoral immun situation.en_US
