dc.description.abstract56 a ÖZET Bu çalışma, Konya ve civarında yaşayan 21-61 yaşlan arasında (ortalama 36.78) orta derecede alkol kullanan 78 kişi ile 23-51 yaşları arasında (ortalama 34.74) hayatında hiç alkol kullanmayan 65 sağlıklı kişi üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Her iki gruba ait eritrosit GSH-Px aktivitesi ile kan pirüvik asit, laktik asit, etil alkol, B- HBA, Ca, Mg, P, AKŞ ve fruktozamin seviyeleri tayin edildi. Bu sonuçlardan alkol grubuna ait laktik asit seviyesi 18.79 ± 0.54 mg/dl, pirüvik asit 0.639 ± 0.021 mg/dl, laktik asit/Pirüvik asit 31.12 ± 1.11 mg/dl, B-HBA 10.16 ± 1.29 mg/dl, eritrosit GSH-Px 1183 ± 29 U/L, etil alkol 36.14 ± 0.98 mg/dl, fruktozamin 248.1 ± 4.6 mmol/L, AKŞ 88.2 ± 2.5 mg/dl, kalsiyum 9.51 ± 0.08 mg/dl, fosfor 3.221 ± 0.058 mg/dl, magnezyum 1.709 ± 0.021 mg/dl; kontrol grubuna ait laktik asit seviyesi 13.02 ± 0.5 mg/dl, pirüvik asit 0.634 ± 0.022 mg/dl, laktik asit/pirüvik asit 21.36 ± 0.82 mg/dl, fi-HBA 4.93 ± 0.53 mg/dl, eritrosit GSH-Px 1137 ± 23 U/L, etil alkol 33.62 ± 0.8 mg/dl, fruk tozamin 242.3 ±3.8 mmol/L, AKŞ 91.7 ± 1.6 mg/dl, kalsiyum 10.234 ± 0.047 mg/dl, fosfor 3.78 ± 0.066 mg/dl, magnezyum 1.868 ± 0.018 mg/dl olarak bu lundu.
dc.description.abstract57 SUMMARY EFFECT OF MODERATE ALCOHOL INTAKE ON ERYTHROCYTE METABOLISM This study was carried out on. 78 moderate alcohol drinkers aged bet ween 21-61 years (mean 36.78) and 65 healthy non-drinker controls aged bet ween 23-51 years (mean 34.74) living in Konya and surroundings. Erythrocyte GSH-Px activity and blood piriivic acid, lactic acid, etha- nol, Ca, Mg, P, glucose and fructosamine levels of both groups were deter mined. Lactic acid, piruvic acid, lactic acid/piruvic acid, fi-HBA, erythrocyt GSH-Px activity, ethanol, fructosamine, calcium, phosphorus and magne sium levels of alcohol group were 18.79 ± 0.54 mg/dl, 0.639 ± 0.021 mg/dl, 31.12 ± 1.11 mg/dl, 10.16 ± 1.29 mg/dl, 1183 ± 29 U/L, 36.14 ± 0.98 mg/dl, 248.1 ±4.6 mmol/L, 88.2 ± 2.5 mg/dl, 9.51 ± 0.08 mg/dl, 3.221 ± 0.058 mg/dl, 1.709 ±0.021 mg/dl and the values of control group were 13.02 ± 0.5 mg/dl, 0.634 ± 0.022 mg/dl, 21.36 ± 0.82 mg/dl, 4.93 ± 0.53 mg/dl, 1137 ± 23 U/L, 33.62 ± 0.8 mg/dl, 242.3 ± 3.8 mmol/L, 91.7 ± 1.6 mg/dl, 10.234 ± 0.047 mg/dl, 3.78 ± 0.066 mg/dl, 1.868 ± 0.018 mg/dl respectively. Lactic acid and fi-HBA of alcohol group were significantly increased while Ca, Mg and P levels were decreased. There was no important diffe rence between erythrocyte GSH-Px activity, blood piruvic acid, glucose and fructosamine levels of control and alcohol groups. From these results, It was concluded that moderate alcohol intake causes significant lac tic acidosis, keto acidosis and changes as such hypocalcemia, hypomagne- semia and hypophosphatemia which may alter many metabolic processes.en_US
