dc.description.abstract | 6. ÖZET Bu çalışma, enfeksiyöz koriza şüpheli tavuklardan H. paragallinarum' un izolasyonu, identifikasyonu ve serotiplendirilmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Bu amaçla Selçuk Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Bakteriyoloji Bilim Dalı Teşhis Laboratuvanna Konya ve çevresinden getirilen 218 adet, Balıkesir-Edincik bölgesinden alman 37 adet ve Afyon bölgesinden alman 48 adet olmak üzere toplam 303 adet tavuk incelendi. Otopsi yapılarak, karaciğer, akciğer, dalak, kalp, trakea ve sinüs içerikleri materyal olarak kullanıldı. 105 adet tavuktan 109 tane haemophilus etkenleri izole edildi. Aynı zamanda bakteriyolojik ekimlerde 130 tavuktan Staphylococcus ssp. (%36.8), E. coli (% 29.9), Klebsiella ssp. (% 20.3), Pasteurella haemolytica (%6.9), Salmonella ssp. (%5.3), Streptecoccııs ssp (% 3.7), Corynebacierium ssp. (% 3.2), Pseudomonas ssp. (%2.1), Citrobacter ssp. (% 1.6), Acinetobacter ssp. (% 1.6) izole edildi. İzole edilen 109 haemophilus susunun 16'sı H. paragallinarum, 93 'ü H. avium olarak identifiye edildi. 93 Haemophilus avium susunun 60'ı (%64.5) P. volantium, 21'i (%22.5) P. species A, 12'si (%13) P. avium olarak identifiye edildi. İzole edilen 60 P. volantium susunun 10'u, 21 P. species A susunun 3'ü, 12 P. avium susunun 3'ü, 16 H. paragallinarum susunun 6'sı tek basma geri kalanı ise diğer bakterilerle birlikte izole edildi. Enfeksiyöz koriza şüpheli 172 tavuğun 53 'ü (%30.9) koriza, 203 tavuğun 89'u (%43.9) CRD, 203 tavuğun 48'i (% 23.7) Salmonella enfeksiyonu yönünden LAT testinde pozitif sonuç bulundu. Otuzaltı H. avium ve 16 H. paragallinarum susu ile yapılan antibiyotik duyarlılık testinde P. volantium suşlannın 31'i enrofloxacin'e duyarlı bulunurken, 20 suş ampicillm'e, 25 suş neomycin3 e, 23 suş tetracycline' e, 24 suş eritromycin'e dirençli bulundu. 16 adet H. paragallinarum susunun tümü enrofloxacin, ampicillin, neomycin, gentamycin'e dirençli bulunurken 2 suş tetracycline^ 3 suş eritromycin'e ve 1 suş streptomycin 'e duyarlı bulundu. İzole edilen H. paragallinarum suşlanm tiplendirme amacıyla lam aglütinasyon ve HI testi yapıldı. Konya bölgesinden izole edilen H. paragallinarum suşlan Serotip C (modesto), Balıkesir-Edincik ve Afyon bölgesinden izole edilen H. paragallinarum suşlan ise Serotip A (0083) olarak serotiplendirildi. 63 | |

SUMMARY isolation, serotyping and seroepizootilogy of Haemophilus paragallinarum from infectious coryza suspected chickens This study was carried out for isolation, identification and serotyping of H. paragallinarum from infectious coryza suspected chickens. For this purpose, 218 infectious coryza suspected chickens were obtained from Konya region for routine diagnostic procedure in the department of Bacteriyology, Faculty of Veterinary Science in the University of Selçuk. 37 infectious coryza suspected chickens collected from Bahkesir-Edincik region and 48 infectious coryza suspected chickens collected from Afyon region, in total 303 infectious coryza suspected chickens were investigated. Liver, lung, heart, spleen and sinus were used as material, after necropsy. 109 haemophilus strains were isolated from 105 infectious coryza suspected chickens. Staphylococcus ssp. (36.8%), E. coli (29.9 %), Klebsiella ssp. (20.3%), Pasteurella haemolytica (6.9%), Salmonella ssp. (5.3%), Streptecoccus ssp (3.7 %), Corynebacterinm ssp. (3.2% ), Pseudomonas ssp. (2.1%), Citrobacter ssp. (1.6%), Acinetobacter ssp. (1.6%) were also isolated from 130 infectious coryza suspected chickens. Of the isolated 109 strains; 16 of which were H. paragallinarum, 93 of which were H. avium. Of the isolated 93 strains; 60 of which (64.5 % ) were P. volantium, 21 of which (22.5 %) were P. species A,12 of which (13 % ) were P. avium and 16 of which (14.6 % ) were//, paragallinarum. Ten of 60 P. volantium strains, 3 of 21 P. species A strains, 3 of 12 P. avium strains and 6 of 16 H. paragallinarum strains were found as alone, the remains of isolates were in combination with other bacteria. The positive results has been shown for 53 (30.9 %) of 172 chickens with infectious coryza suspected were coryza, 89 (43.9 %) of 203 chickens were CRD and 48 (23.7%) of 203 chickens were Salmonella infection by PAT test. In vitro sensitivity of 36 H. avium and 16 H. paragallinarum strains to antibiotics were investigated. 31 strains of P. volantium isolates were sensitive to enrofloxacin and 20 strains to ampicillin, 25 strains to neomycin, 23 strains to tetracycline, 24 strains to gentamycin, 28 strains to streptomycin and 25 strains to ertromycin were resistant. All of 64the H. paragallinarıım strains were resistant to enrofloxacin, ampicillin, neomycin, gentamycin and 2 strains to tetracycline, 3 strains to eritromycin, 1 strains to streptomycin were sensitive. Agglutination and hemagglutination - inhibition test has been used for serotyping isolated H. paragallinarıım. H. paragallinarıım strains isolated in Konya region and it was serotyped Serotip C (modesto), H. paragallinarıım strains isolated in Bahkesir-Edicik and Afyon region and they were serotyped Serotip A (0083). 65 | en_US |
