dc.description.abstractÖZET Bu çalışmada S.Ü.T.F. Mikrobiyoloji ve Klinik Mikrobiyoloji Anabilim Dalı laboratuvarında çeşitli kliniklerde yatan ve anaerobik infeksiyon şüphesi olan hastalardan alınan farklı materyallerin anaerobik kültürü yapılmıştır. Toplam 84 materyalin 22'sinden 23 anaerobik bakteri izole edilmiştir. Bu ana erobik bakterilerin 19'u saf anaerop, 3'ü anaerop-aerop mikst olarak izole edil miştir. 20 PID olgusundan izole edilen 9 anaerobik bakteriden 5'i gram pozitif anaerobik kok, 2'si Bacteroides, l'i Fusobacterium, l'i Propionibacterium; 51 infertilite olgusundan izole edilen 5 anaeroptan 3'ü Peptostreptococcus, l'i Pro- pionibakterium, l'i anaerobik Lactobacillus', 1 douglas absesinden üretilen 2 anaeroptan l'i Propionibacterium, l'i Peptostreptococcus; 5 Pleuropulmoner in- feksiyondan 2 Peptostreptococcus; 3 yaradan 1 Peptostreptococcus, 1 Clost ridium; 1 gingivitisten Peptostreptococcus, 1 akut parotitis olgusundan Bac teroides; 1 nekrotizan fasiitis olgusundan da Peptostreptococcus üremiştir. API 20A sistemiyle yapılan 10 anaerobik bakterinin tiplendirilmesinde 4 gram po zitif kok P. intermedius, 2 gram pozitif kok P. niger, 1 gram pozitif sporsuz basil L. jensenii, 1 gram negatif basil F. mortiferum, 1 gram pozitif sporlu basil C. butyricum olarak tiplendirilmiş, bir gram pozitif kok ise API 20A sistemiyle tiplendirilememiştir. 55
E ISOLATION OF ANAROBIC MICROORGANISMS FROM DIFFERENT CLINICAL SPECIMENS SUMMARY In this study anaerobic cultures of the specimens which was taken from- hospitalized patients with suspicion of anaerobic infection were made at the routine laboratory of microbiology of university of Selçuk. From the 22 of the 84 specimens 23 anaerobic bacteriae were isolated. 19 of them were pure ana- erop and 3 of them were mix pure anaerop and 3 of them were mix cultures (aerop + anaerop). Of the 9 anaerobic bacteriae which were isolated from PID patients, 5 were gram + anaerobic cocci, 2 were Bacteroides, 1 was Fu- sobacterium and 1 was Propionibacterium. Of the 5 anaerobic bacteriae which were isolated from 51 infertility patients 3 were Peptostreptococci, 1 was Pro pionibacterium, 1 was anaerobic Lactobacillus. From 2 anaerobes isolated from one douglas abscess one was Propionibacterium, the other was Pep- tostreptococcus. From 5 pleuropulmonary infections 2 Peptostreptococci, and from 3 wound infections 1 Peptostreptococcus, 1 Clostridium were isolated. From one gingivitis Peptostreptecoccus, from one acute parotitis Bactericides and from one necrotizing fasciitis Peptostreptecoccus were isolated. 10 of the anaerobic bacteria were idantified by API 20A system. 4 anaerobes as P. in- termedius, 2 anaerobes as P. niger, 1 anaerop as L. jensenii, 1 anaerop as F. mortiferum 1 anaerop as C. butyricum were idantified by API 20A system. One gram positive coccus couldn't by idantified by API 20A system. 56en_US
