dc.description.abstract | Tavşanlarda uzun trakeal segment rezeksiyonunu takiben rekonstrüksiyon yöntemlerinden uç uca anastomoz ile protez greft olarak kullanılan Dakron ve PTFE' nin birbirlerine olan üstünlüklerini kıyaslamak. Gereç ve yöntem : Herbir grupta 10 tavşan bulunan 3 grup oluşturuldu l.Grup kontrol grubu olup 8 trakeal halka rezeksiyonunu takiben primer anastomoz uygulandı. 2. Grup l.Grup'taki benzer rezeksiyonu takiben trakeal anastomozda Dakron greft uygulandı. 3. Grupta ise 2. Grupta kullanılan greft yerine PTFE ile anastomoz yapıldı. Bulgular : 1. Grupta hiç stenoz görülmedi Hafif derecede stenoz gösteren 2. Grup 3. Gruba kıyasla daha az stenotik bulundu. Epitelizasyon ve neovaskülarizasyon protez uygulanan gurupta(2. ve3.Grup) en iyi Dakron'da görüldü. Sonuç : Trakea rekonstrüksiyonlannda primer anastomoz öncelikle uygulanacak yöntem olmalı, primer anastomoza olanak vermeyen daha uzun segment rezeksiyonlannda ise protez uygulanacaksa Dakron tercih edilmelidir. 48 | |
dc.description.abstract | Tracheal Reconstruction: Experimental Comparison of Dacron and PTFE Grafts with Primary End to End Anastomosis. ObjecfcTo consider the efficacies of tracheal reconstmction methods consisting primary end to end anastomosis, Dacron and PTFE grafts transpositions following long-segment tracheal resection in the rabbits. Material and Methods: Three different groups each consisting 10 rabbits were developed, t. Group: This was the control group and primary anastomosis was performed after resection of eight tracheal rings. 2.Group: Dacron graft transposition was performed in this group after the same tracheal resection as in the first group. 3. Group: PTFE graft transposition was used in this group for the same tracheal resection as in the second. Results: Any stenosis was not seen in the first group. İn the second group mild stenosis was found which was considerably less stenotic than the third group. In the prosthesis used groups(2 and 3) epithelization and neovascularization were bestly seen in the Dacron used group. Conculusion: Primary anastomosis must be preferred in the tracheal reconstructions, although in the primary anastomosis impossible and needed cases long segment tracheal resections, Dacron graft could be preferred for reconstruction. 49 | en_US |
