Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmanın konusu, Tanzimat edebiyatının ilk döneminde kaleme alınan edebî eserlerdeki insan motifidir. Çalışma giriş, I. II. III. bölüm ve sonuç bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Girişte konunun malzeme, metod ve problemlerine değinilmiştir Türkolojinin en önemli metodlarından biri, tarihî devamlılıktır. Bu metodun gereği olarak, ilk bölümde `Düşünce Tarihinde İnsan` konusu ele alınmıştır. Ikmcı bölümde. Tanzimat'tan önceki Tüık edebiyatında insan konulu işlenmişin. Üçüncü bölümün konusu 1. Tanzimat döneminin üç büyük yazarı olan Şinasi. Ziya Paşa ve Nâmık Kemâl'in eseıleı indeki nisan nıoüiîdıı. Son bölüm. 1. Tanzimat döneminin diğer eserlerindeki insan motifini özetlemektedir. Sonuçta kavim dönemi ideal insanı `bilgelik, alplık, üiügiülük` motifleriyle donanmış `nikel tınl/g`; ümmet dönemi ideal insanı `velilik, gâzîlik. ahilik` motifleriyle donanmış `insan-ı kâmil` ve millet dönemi ideal insanı kavramlaştıran. akıllı, bilen, kentli/devletli, üreten, inanan, ideal ve değerleri olan varlık motifleriyle donanmış `ferd insan` olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada edebî eserler yorumlanırken kültür antropolojisinin ve felsefî antropolojinin metod ve bulgularından yararlanılmıştır..

SUMMARY The topic of this study is the motif ofman in the literary works which were written in the first periods of Tanzimat Literature. The study contains these parts; introduction. I. II. Ill th. chapters and conclusion. The introduction deals with the sources, methods and the problems of the subject. One of the most important methods of Türkology is historical continuity This method contains the subject of `man in the history of thinking` which is also discussed in the first chapter. İn the second chapter, the study dwells on the subject of man in the Turkish hieiaiuie befote Tanzimat. The topic of the III. chapter is the motif of man in the works of Şınası. Ziya Paşa and Nâmık Kemâl who are the eminent writers of 1. Tanzimat period. The last part summarizes the motifs ofman in other works of 1. Tanzimat period. Finally, the study determines the ideal man of the tribal age as `Hike I tinlig` with the motifs of `bilgelik, alplık, iiiiigliih'tk`; while it determines the ideal man of the islamic age as `insan-ı kâmil` with the motifs of `velilik, gazilik, ahilik` and this study also considers the idealman of national age as individual man with the motifs conceptualistic, rational, savant, citizen, productive, credulous, ideal person with some values. This study also made use of methods and the results of cultural anthropolgy and philosophical anthopology while interpretation the literal works.
