Ma`rûf El-Kerhî: Hayâtı, tasavvufi görüşleri ve `Menâkibu Ma`rûf El-Kerhî` isimli eser

Abstract

02ET Bu çalışma, h. III. asırda yaşamış olan Ma'rûf-ı Kerhî'nin hayatı, tasavvuf! görüşleri ve onun için yazılan Menâkıbu Ma'rûf el-Kerhî isimli eserin tercüme ve değerlendirilmesinden oluşmaktadır. Ziihd dönemi ile tasavvuf dönemi arasında yaşayan Ma'rûf-ı Kerhî'nin görüşlerinde, her iki döneme ait izleri bulmak mümkün olduğu için, tasavvuf tarihi açısından son derece önemli bir safîdir. Tasavvufu, bir kavram olarak ilk defa tanımlamış, zühd hayatına ilişkin unsurları, marifet ve aşkla ilişkilendirmekle `marifet ve aşka dayalı` Bağdat tasavvuf ekolünün oluşmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Tasavvuf! kavramlara yüklediği orjinal anlamlarla pek çok sûfiyi etkilemiş, mânevi eğitimde mürşid edinme, tevessül gibi tarikatların vazgeçilmez pratiklerinden ilk defa bahsetmiştir.

SUMMARY This study contains the life of Ma'ruf-i Kerhi, his sufistic views and the translation and the evaluation of the Mcinfetbu Ma'ruf el Kerhi (Ma'ruf el Kcrhi's Legends) which is written for him. Since it is possible to find the remarks of the both period in Ma'ruf-i Kerbi's views who had lived between ascetism period and the Sufism period, he is an extremely important sufi for sufism history. He had described sufism as a concept for the first time, had prepared to found the Baghdad Sufism which is lennt against `comprchcndsion and love` by connecting the characteristics of ascetism life (o comprchendsion and love. He had affected many sufi by giving original meanings to sufism concepts, had mentioned for the first time about having a guide in the spiritual education and the inevitable practicals of sufism such as undertaking.
