Lise öğrencilerinin düşünme stillerinin akademik başarı ve ders tutumları arasındaki ilişki

Abstract

Bu araştırma ile lise öğrencilerinin düşünmestillerinin akademik başarı ve ders tutumları arasındakiilişki incelenmiştir.Araştırmanın örneklemini, Konya ilindeki liselerdeokuyan değişik bölümlerde öğrenim gören 236(136 Erkek, 100 kız) lise öğrencisi oluşturmuştur.Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak uyarlamaçalışması araştırmacı tarafından bu çalışma ile yapılanDüşünme Stilleri Ölçeği, Matematik,Fen, Sosyal Bilimlerve Edebiyat Tutum Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, liseöğrencilerinin cinsiyet ve ders notu ortalamaları kişiselbilgi formu ile alınmıştır.Verilerin analizinde, veri türüne göre,korelasyon(r), faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Ayrıcatestlerin uyarlanması açısından gerekli olan istatistikselişlemler yapılmıştır.Bulgulara göre, Özerk düşünme stilinin fen vematematik ders tutumu ile, kuralcı düşünme stiline sahipöğrencilerin sosyal ve matematik ders tutumu ile,Yargılayıcı düşünme stiline sahip öğrencilerin matematikders tutumu ile, tekilci düşünme stiline sahip öğrencilerinsosyal bilimler ve matematik ders tutumu ile, Aşamalıdüşünme stiline sahip öğrencilerin fen ve matematikdüşünme stilleri ile, Bütüncül düşünme stiline sahipöğrencilerin fen dersi tutumu ile, Ayrıntıcı düşünmestiline sahip öğrencilerin sosyal bilimler ve matematikders tutumu ile, Dışa dönük düşünme stiline sahipöğrencilerin sosyal bilimler ve matematik ders tutumuile, yenilikçi düşünme stiline sahip öğrencilerin fen vematematik ders tutumu ile, gelenekçi düşünme stilinesahip öğrencilerin fen dersi tutumu ile, düşünme stillerialt boyutlarından tekilci, eşdeğerci, kendine özgü,bütüncül ve gelenekçi düşünme stillerinin akademikbaşarı ile ilişkili olduğu saptanmıştır.Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular, eğitimsel açıdandeğerlendirilmiş ve eğitimcilere ve araştırmacılaraönerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The influence of High School Studentsthinking styles on tehir academic success andattitudes has been scrutinized through this research.Examplification of the research comprises 236students (136 male,100 female) attending Highschools in the city of Konya, studying differentbranches.As data collector medium, adaptation study,together with thinking style scale, math biology, socialsciences and literature attitude scales has been used bythe researchen further more, the genders and lessongrade appraisalsot the high school students have beentaken ın the ındividual form sın the analysis of theımputs, correlation, factor analyses have been appliedin accardance with the sort of data.Acccording to the findings of the research, ıthas been established that autonomous thinking stylewith math and biology attitude students havingprinciple consideration with social and math attitudestudents having judging thinking with mathattitude,student having individuclistic thinking withsocial sciences and math attitude, students havingphasing thinking with thinking styles of biology andmath students having absolutıom thinking styles withattitude of bıology students having detoiled thinkingstyle with sucial and biology attitudes, students havingexrovent thinking style with social and math attitudes,students having ınnovative thinking styles with socialscience and math attitudes, students having traditionalthinking styles with biology and math attitudes andsıngular at the lower level dimansions of thinkingegualizing seff content,absolute, traditional thinkingstyles are in close relation with the academic success.All finding gathered from the research havebeen educationally appraised and suggested to theeducators and researchers
