Abstract

Edebiyat, bütün dünya milletlerinde yükselme ve medeniyeti yönlendirendüsünce hayatının en güçlü destegi ve en önemli kalkınma vasıtasıdır. Toplumahizmet eden ve hayatı gelistiren sosyal, siyasi ve iktisadi hayatın gelismesi,edebiyat sayesinde mümkündür.Tüm dünya milletlerinin edebiyatlarında siir, hayatın gerçeklerinin biryansımasıdır; siir, hayatın gerçeklerini, üzüntü ve sevinçlerini anlatır.Siir, manevî ve insanî degerleri kesin olarak zenginlestiren bir erdemdir. Egersiir insandaki ilahî suuru harekete geçirmezse ve aklı derin bir düsünceyeitmezse güçsüz kalır. Siirin insandaki samimi bir tecrübe oldugunu kabulederek, Irak siirinde yer alan manevî dererleri arastırmak istegiyle böyle birçalısmaya ihtiyaç duyuldu.lk dönem yeni Irak siirindeki manevî degerleri arastırmaya; ayrıca Araplarınbilhassa insani ve toplumsal deger anlayıslarının ve geçmisten gelen siirleriningelisimini göstermek için eski Arap siirindeki bu degerleri incelemeye çalıstım.Doktora tezi olarak hazırladıgımız bu çalısma; giris, üç bölüm sonuç vekaynakçadan olusmaktadır.

Literature, is an important and strong tool in conceptual life for upgradingand directing civilisation. It is possible to develop better life to people in termseconomic,social and political basis by using literature.In literature of all people in the world, poems are used as reflection of realityof life. A poem describes life?s reality, sadness and happiness.Poem is an entity which effectively enriches people?s moral values. If a poemdoes not change the soul condition in a person or does not subject the personto deep thinking, then that poem becomes powerless. By considering the factthat, a poem is an intimate emotion in a person, a need has arisen to researchemotional values found in the modern Irak poem; and hence this study.I have tried to research the values found in ancient Arab poems in order toshow developments achieved in poems over a long period of time. I have beenreseaching the emotional values existing in the modern Irak and other poemssince the first semister. This study which represents my doctoral thesisconsists of an introduction section , three main sections, conclusion and asection for references
