Bir grup fen lisesi öğrencisine verilen insani değerler eğitiminin insani değerler ölçeği ile sınanması

Abstract

Bu çalısmanın amacı, fen lisesi ögrencileri üzerinde insani degerler egitimiprogramının ögrencilerin degerlere saip olma düzeyinde bir degisiklikler meydana getiripgetirmedigini arastırılmasıdır. Ögrencilere uygulanan insani degerler egitim programının buögrencilerin deger düzeyini arttırmada etkili olup olmadıgını incelemektir.Arastırma 2006-2007 ögretim yılında Konya ili Meram Fen Lisesi birinci ve ikincisınıf ögrencileri üzerinde yapılmıstır. Uygulamada bu kurumda kalan 15'i deney ve 15'kontrol grubu olmak üzere 30 ögrenci yer almıstır. Arastırma süreci, Nisan-Mayıs 2007arasını kapsamaktadır.Egitim programı ve ölçek hazırlandıktan sonra, çalısma yapılacak olan ögrenci grubuseçilmistir. Yansız olarak deney ve kontrol grubu olusturulmustur. Grupların denk olduguistatistiksel olarak test edilmistir. Deney grubunda yer alan 15 ögrenciye 14 oturum sürennsani Degerler Egitimi Programı verilmistir. Bu oturumlar haftada 2 oturum, olmak üzeretoplam 14 oturum yapılmıstır. Kontrol grubuna ise her hangi bir egitim verilmemistir.Arastırmaya iliskin bulguları asagıdaki gibi özetleyebiliriz:1. Deney grubunun öntest ölçüm puanları ile sontest ölçüm puanları arasında sontestlehine anlamlı bir farklılık vardır. Kontrol grubu için böyle bir farklılık söz konusu degildir.2. Deney ve kontrol grubunun sontest ölçüm sonuçlarına göre deney grubu lehinesorumluluk alt boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılık söz konusudur. Bu sonuç da vermisoldugumuz programın etkisini göstermektedir.3. Deney ve kontrol grubunun sontest ölçüm sonuçlarına göre deney grubu lehinedostluk/arkadaslık alt boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılık söz konusudur.4. Deney ve kontrol grubunun sontest ölçüm sonuçlarına göre deney grubu lehinebarısçı olma alt boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılık söz konusudur. Deney grubunun lehine çıkanbu sonuçta insani degerler egitim programının etkisini göstermektedir.5. The aim of this study is to provide a group of science high school students thehumanistic values education programme and to investigate whether there are any changes atthe level of student?s outcomes as a result of this education.The research was conducted on the first and second grade students in 2006-2007school year in Meram Sccience High School in the province of Konya. There were 30students, 15 in the experimental group and the other 15 in the control group. The process ofresearch covers April-May 2007.After the preparation of the education programme and scale, the students wererandomly experimental and control groups. The fact that assigned to the groups were equalwas tested statistically. Humanistic values education programme consisted of 14 sessions.These 14 sessions were conducted twice a week. No educational programme was given to thecontrol group. The findings can be summarized regarding the research as below.1. Between the pretest scores and post-test scores of the experimental group is asignificant difference in favor of the post-test. There is no such difference for the controlgroup.2. In accordance with the post-test scores of the experimental and control group, thereis a significant difference in the sub-dimension of responsibility in favor of the experimentalgroup, and this result shows the effect of the education programme.3. According to the post-test scores of the experimental and control group, there is asignificant difference in the sub-dimension of friendship in favor of the experimental group.4. According to the post-test scores of the experimental and control group, there is asignificant difference in the sub-dimension of being peaceful in favor of the experimentalgroup. This result in favor of the experimental group shows the effect of the humanisticvalues education programme.5. According, to the post-test scores of the experimental and control group, there is asignificant difference in the subdimension of respect in favor of the experimental group.6. According to the post-test scores of the experimental and control group, there is asignificant difference in the sub-dimension of veracity in favor of experimental group. Thisresult shows the effect of the education programme as well.7. According to the post-test scores of the experimental and control group, there is asignificant difference in the sub-dimension of tolerance in favor of the experimental group,and this result shows the effect of the education programme.In the light of the findings obtained from the study of the humanistic values educationprogramme, comments were made and it was concluded that the programme was effective inthe development of the value acquisition level of the students at high schools.
