66-e numaralı Konya Şer`iyye Siciline göre 1792-95 yılları arasında Konya`da sosyal ve iktisadi hayat

Abstract

Bu çalışmada toplumun çekirdeğini oluşturan ve Türk toplumunun en büyük dinamiği olan Osmanlı dönemi Konya'sındaki ailenin özellikleri, vasi ve kayyım ta'yinleri, nafaka takdiri, talâk, muhala'a ve miras gibi çeşitli da'vâların uygulanışı ve belgelerden hareketle nasıl çözüldüğü Osmanlı sosyal hayatının mikro anlamda bir örneğini teşkil eden mahallenin Konya'daki yapısı ve fonksiyonları, bir vakıf medeniyeti olan Osmanlı Konya'sında halktan alınan vergilerin neler olduğu, mülk satışlarının dönemin ra'ici içerisindeki piyasası, narhın tespitinde nelerin dikkate alındığı ve nasıl konulduğu halkın temel tüketim ürünlerinin neler olduğu ve fiyat hareketliliğine sebep olan nedenler ortaya konularak Konya'nın sosyal ve iktisadi hayatına dair somut bilgilere ulaşılmıştır.Özetle bu çalışma elde edilen bu somut veriler ışığında Konya'nın sosyal ve iktisadi yapısını ortaya çıkararak hem şehir tarihçiliğine hem de Osmanlı tarihiyle ilgili bilgilerimize katkı sağlamak amacıyla araştırmacıların istifadesine sunulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Konya, Şer'ye Sicili.

In this study,it is attained that the family?s characteristics ?in Konya Region of Ottoman?s time-which forms the base of the society and is the greatest dynâmic of Turkish society,designations of `vasi? and `kayyım?, determination of alimony, application of some lawsuits like `talâk?,?muhala?a? ,heritage and how these are solved according to the documents,neighbourhood?s structure and function that represents Ottoman?s social life in Konya in a micro way,works and activities of the Otoman Charities which are the base of charity civilization,what kinds of taxes there are in Konya Region of Ottoman?s time,market of real estate prices in that time-period,what conditions are taken into consideration when determining `the narh?,what the public?s main consumption products are,concrete knowledge about Konya?s social and economical life stating the reasons of price dynâmics,Briefly, this study stating the social and economical structure of Konya by the help of these concrete data is presented to the researchers? usage with the goal of contribution to both city historian and our knowledge about Otoman history.Key words: Konya, Şer?iye Records.
