1 numaralı Konya Şer`iye Sicili (970-1019/1563-1610) değerlendirme ve transkripsiyon

Abstract

Osmanlı tarihinin, özellikle de şehir tarihlerinin araştırılmasında Şer'iye sicilleri; sosyal, iktisadî, hukukî, idarî, kültürel ve demografik açıdan önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu nedenle Şer'iye sicilleri üzerine yapılan çalışmalar, son dönemlerde büyük bir artış göstermiştir. 970-1019 (1563-1610) yıllarına ait 1 numaralı Konya Şeriyye Sicilinde, 2471 adet belge bulunmaktadır. Bu belgeler içerisinde berat, fermanlar, mektuplar,tezkireler bulunmaktadır. Konya şeriyye sicilinde nikah akitleri ve vakıflardan borç alınması ağırlıkta olup, bunun yanı sıra miras, mülk satışları, borç ikrarı, darp davaları, vekil ve vasi tayini gibi belgelere de rastlanılmaktadır. Bu çalışma 970-1019 / 1563-1610 yıllarına ait 1 numaralı Konya Şer'iye Sicili'nin Selçuk Üniversitesi Merkez Kütüphanesi'nde bulunan fotokopisinden faydalanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Çalışma giriş ve defterin transkripsiyonunu içeren metin kısmından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, defterde mevcut 2471 adet belge konularına ve belge türlerine göre tasnif edilerek bunlar hakkında kısa bilgiler sunulmuştur. Metin kısmında ise belgelerin transkripsiyonu yapılmış, hicri olan tarihler miladiye çevrilmiştir.

During the research of Ottoman history, especially in the research of urban history, Şer'iye sicllleri; have importance in terms of social, economic,judicial, administrative,cultural and demografical aspects. For this reason, studies about Şer'iye sicilleri show a big increase recently. There are 2471 documents in the numbered 1 Konya Şer'iyye Sicili which belongs to years of 970-1019 (1563-1610). There are berat, fermanlar, mektuplar, tezkireler in these documents. Konya sharia register mostly consist of marriage contracts and debts borrowed from waqfs, also encountered documents about legacy, property selling, debt confirmation, assualt prosecutions and deputy appointment.This study has been been prepared by the help of the photocopy of the 1 Konya Şeriyye Sicili which belongs to years of 970-1019 (1563-1610) in Selçuk University Central Library. This study consists of entry and the text of the transcription of the notebook. In entry part, 2471 documents which exist in the notebook are classified into subjects and document types and short information is presented about them. In the text part,transcriptions of the documents are done; dates in hegira era are transformed into dates in gregorian era.
