Karapınar tarihi camileri

Abstract

Karapınar Tarihi Camiler isimli bu çalışmada Karapınar ilçe merkezi ve mahallelerinde yer alan on adet cami, bir adet mescit olmak üzere toplam onbir yapının yeri, mimari özellikleri, malzeme, teknik, süsleme, kitabe ve tarihlendirmeleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Mevcut yapıların bir kısmı zaman zaman bilinçsizce yapılan onarımlara maruz kalarak hem orijinalliklerini yitirmişler hem de yapılan bu onarımlar sebebiyle eser üzerinde ciddi değişim yaşanmasına neden olmuştur. Klasik Dönem Osmanlı, Geç Dönem Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet Dönemine tarihlenen eserler arasında incelenen en erken tarihli eser Yağmapınar Mescidi'dir (M. 1558-1559). Klasik döneme ait iki eser bulunurken, beş adet Geç dönem, dört yapı da cumhuriyet dönemine tarihlenmektedir. Camilerde taş, tuğla, kiremit, ahşap, çini ve metal malzeme kullanılmıştır. En çok kullanılan plan tipi ahşap direkli mihrap duvarına dik plandır. Bu yapıların üst örtüleri genellikle düz ahşap tavandır. Ancak Yağmapınar Mescidi, Sultan Selim Camii ve Reşadiye Camii ise tek kubbelidir. İncelenen eserlerin büyük bir kısmı süslemesizdir. Fakat Sultan Selim Camii'nin harim içi ile Kayacık, Hotamış ve Türüdiye Camii mihrapları süslemeye sahip önemli örneklerdir. Bu çalışma ile Karapınar sınırları içerisinde yer alan kubbeli camiler ile birlikte, Orta Asya Türk geleneği olan ve Anadolu'da bu grubun en erken örneği Konya Sahip Ata Camii (1258), en abidevi örneği ise Beyşehir Eşrefoğlu (1297) Camii'nin devamı niteliğini taşıyan Karapınar bölgesi içerisinde yer alan ahşap direkli camilerin tanıtımı yapılmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this study, named with Karapınar Historical Mosques, the places, architectural features, materials, techniques, ornamentations, inscriptions and datings of a total elemen mosques including of ten mosques, one masjid in Karapınar County center were examined in detail. Some part of the existing structures have been subject to unconscious reparations from time to time and have lost their originality as well as causing serious changes in the works due to these reparations. Among the earliest dated works to Classical Period Ottoman, Late Ottoman and Repuclican Ottoman is Yağmapınar Masjid (M. 1558-1559). As there are two works belonging to the classical period, five are dated to the late period and four are dated to the republic period. Materials of the stone, the brick, the roof tile, the mortar, the wood, the ceramic, the iron and the zinc had been used in the mosques. The most commonly used plan type is the wooden mast perpendicular to the mihrap wall. The top coverings of these constructions are mostly flat wooden ceiling. But, Yağmapınar Masjid, Sultan Selim Mosque and Reşadiye Mosque are the single domes. Most of the works examined are unadorned. However, the Harim inside of the Sultan Selim Mosque is an important example of having the ornaments of Kayacık, Hotamış and Türüdiye Mosque's mihrabs. With this study, it was tried to make introduction of wooden mast mosques in Karapınar region that is the continuation of the most monumental example, Beysehir Eşrefoğlu Mosque(1297) and the earliest examples of this group in Anatolia, Konya Sahip Ata Mosque (1258) which is a Central Asian Turkish tradition, together with the domed mosques in the borders of Karapınar.
