İlaç firmalarında bütçe yönetimi ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ilaç firmalarının finansal yapısı ve bütçe sistemi incelenerek firmaların yıllık bütçe hazırlanması ve uygulanmasına katkısı ortaya konulmaya çalışılmış uygulamada karşılaşılan sorunlar belirlenmiş ve çözüm önerileri ortaya konulmuştur. Bu amaçla ABC İlaç AŞ. İnceleme kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda işletme karlılık oranları yüksek olan ürünlerinin satışına ağırlık verirken, giderler kaleminde verimliliği arttırmayı hedeflemektedir. Bütçe çalışmalarında ilgili bölümlerin ve saha ekibinin bu çalışmaya katılıyor olması kurumun çalışanlarına verdiği değeri, bütçe kültürünün oluşmasını, gerek kurumsal yapıya gerekse bireylerin sosyal hayatlarında verimlilik konusuna daha fazla katkı sağladığını göstermektedir. Bütçenin üzerinde ve çok altında yapılacak olan harcamaların takip edilmesi, nedenlerinin ve sonuçlarının raporlanması gerekmektedir. Bütçenin dinamik, şeffaf, ulaşılabilir ve anlaşılabilir olması gerekmektedir. Günümüz ekonomik şartlarında bütçe planlaması, bütçe takibi ve bütçe uygulamaları bütün gerçek ve tüzel kişiliğe haiz işletmeler için önem taşımaktadır.

In this study, the financial structure of the pharmaceutical companies and the budget system were examined and the contribution of the firms to the annual budget preparation and implementation were determined. For this purpose, ABC İlaç AŞ. were included in the study. As a result of the research, the Company focuses on the sales of its products with high profitability ratios and aims to increase the productivity in the expenses item. The fact that the relevant departments and field team participated in this study shows that the value given to the employees by the institution, the formation of a budget culture, contributed more to the institutional structure and to the productivity of individuals in their social lives. It is necessary to follow up the expenditures to be made above and below the budget, the reasons and the results should be reported. The budget must be dynamic, transparent, accessible and understandable. In today's economic conditions, budget planning, budget follow-up and budget applications are important for all real and legal entities.
