Ulusal varlık fonları, Türkiye varlık fonu ve Türkiye ekonomisi açısından uygulanabilirliği

Abstract

Son dönemde dünyada önemli hale gelen özellikle ekonomik anlamda büyük önem ve hacme ulaşan Ulusal Varlık Fonları 2016 yılı itibari ile Türkiye gündemini de meşgul etmekte, birçok tartışmaya konu olmaktadır. Özellikle son birkaç yıldır ekonomik anlamda büyük bir sınav veren Türkiye'ye kurulmuş olan bu fonun ekonomik etkilerinin ne olacağı merak konusudur. Gerek kuruluş şekli gerekse denetim ve yönetimi bakımından eleştirilen fon ile ilgili olarak olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri ortaya konularak ekonomiye olası etkileri hakkında bir değerlendirme yapılmaya çalışılacaktır. Bunu yaparken de öncelikle genel bir Ulusal Varlık Fonu tanımlaması yapılacak Ulusal Varlık Fonları hakkında açıklamalar yapılacaktır.
