dc.description.abstractÖZET Tavsan ince barsak duvarında miyenterik nöronların boyanmasında Dihydronicotinamide adenin dinucleot ide, Nitro BT axidereductase <NADH) boyama tekniği kullanıldı. înce barsakların uzunluk (cm), çevre <cm) ve 2 total serosal yüzey (cm*` ) değerleri ölçüldü. Miyenterik nöronlar ince barsak segment ler inde sayıldı ve bunların ortalama total sayıları elde edildi. Tavşanda her bir cm2, de miyenterik nöronların sayımı 9.077 olarak bulundu. İnce barsak ortalama 242.8 cm. uzunlukta ve çevresi ortalama 2.07 cm. olarak ölçüldü. Total dıs yüzü (serosal yüzey) ortalama 502.56 cm2., ince barsakta miyenterik nöronların total sayısı yaklaşık 4.533.400 olarak sayıldı. Ayrıca araştırmada tavsan ince barsak segmentler inden elde edilen bulgular literatürdeki benzer çalışmalarla tart ısı idi.

The length (cm! and diameter <cm) o-f the small intestine and the total serosal surface (cm*`) area were also obtained. Myenteric nevrons were counted. In the rabbit a spatial density o-f 9077 myenteric nevrons per cm2 was found» The small intestine was <v 242» S cm in length and measured on average 2.07 cm in circumference, the total outer surface (serosal surface) amounting to about 502.56 cm2 the total number of myenteric neurons in the small intestine was calculated as about 4. 533 » 400.
