Abdülhamid'in teşvikleriyle bütün dünyada heyetler tarafından yazılmasına rağmen tek başına hazırladığı Kâmûsü'l A`lâm'ın son üç cildinde yer alan Selçuklu tarihi ile ilgili maddeler günümüz ne dönüştürülmüştür. Ayrıca eserin müellifi Şemseddin Sâmi'nin hayatı, eserleri ve yaşadığı dönemin özelliklerine değinilmiştir. Genelde Doğu ve İslam Dünyası ile ilgili bilgilere ağırlık verilen bu çalışmada, Selçuklu tarihiyle de ilgili kapsamlı bilgilere ulaşmak mümkündür. | |
