Yenidoğan`da A.mesenterica superiorun kolonu besleyen dalları ve A.mesenterica superior ile A.mesenterica inferior arasındaki anastomotik arterler

| dc.description.abstract | -54- ÖZET 46 miadında ve doğum tartısı normal yeni doğan'da AMS' un kolonu kanlandıran ana dalları ve AMS ile AMI arasındaki anastomotik arterler incelendi. Bunlardan a. ileocolica'nın daima bulunan ve orijini ile en az değişkenlik gösteren kolik arter olduğu saptandı. A. colica dextra'nin % 10.8 oranında bulunmadığı ve AMS'dan doğuşu en çok değişkenlik gösteren bir arter olduğu gözlendi. A. colica media'nın daima AMS'dan orijin aldığı ve daima bulunduğu saptandı. AMS ile AMI arasında üç anastomotik arter bulunduğu gözlendi. Bunlardan marjinal arterin, kolonun sağ yansında % 12.5 oranında kesin tiye uğradığı; a. colica media accessoria'nın % 10.7 oranında bulunduğu saptandı. Ayrıca AMS ile AMI arasında meandering mesenterik arterin özelliklerine sahip, üçüncü bir anastomotik arter saptandı. Elde edilen tüm bulgular literatür bilgileri altında değerlendirildi. | |
