Başkalaşmış hayvan resimleri

Abstract

''Başkalaşmış Hayvan Resimleri'' isimli bu çalışma, dört bölümden oluşturulmuştur. Birinci bölümde, insanın hayvan ile olan ilişkisi ve mitolojik hikâyeler kaynak alınarak incelenmiştir. Çevresel ve toplumsal etkilerin, insandaki hayvan algısını ne şekilde başkalaştırdığı, yarattığı görsel ifadeler ile yorumlanmıştır. İkinci bölümde, yakın zamanda geliştirdiği bilim ve teknoloji ile Dünya' ya hükmeden insanın hayvan algısı incelenmiş, geçmişten örnekler ile karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Ayrıca geliştirilen yöntemler ile yaratılan fiziksel başkalaşıma uğramış hayvanlar da araştırılmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde, sanat tarihi içerisinde hayvan başkalaşımını konu edinen sanatçılar araştırılmış ve çalışmalarından örnekler sunulmuştur.Dördüncü bölümde, konu doğrultusunda ortaya konulan kişisel çalışmaların ortaya çıkışı ve uygulama aşamasında geçirilen süreç açıklanmıştır.

This report consists of four sections. Section one emphasizes the relations between human and animals in mythology. The study in this section focuses on the environmental and cultural effects on perception of animals by humans and its visual interpretation.Section two inspects the same topic from the point of human consciousness that has evolved as a result of recent advancements in science and technology. The differences that are evident as a result of more dominating human presence in the modern world are shown with comparative examples from the past. The study additionally captures the investigation of animals that have been biologically altered using latest scientific methodologies. Section three consists of a research on the artists that have covered animal metamorphosis in the history of art, along with their respective samples. The final section, four, covers the relevant personal interpretation of the subject including an explanation on the process and personal experience during the analysis of the topic.
