| dc.description.abstract | Hazırlamış olduğumuz 65 Numaralı Adana Şer'iyye Sicili 11.1200-1203 (M. 1786- 1789) yılları arasındaki belgeleri kapsamakladır. Bu dönemde Adana bir eyâlettir. Adana Eyalcli'nin en üst Ehl-i Şer' görevlisi Kadı, en büyük Ehl-i 'Örf görevlisi Vali idi. Bu çalışmamızda Kadılık ve Şer'iyye Sicilleri hakkında bilgi verdikten sonra belgelerin özetini ve trasnkiripsiyonlarını verdik. En son kısımda ise değerlendirmesini yaptık. | dc.description.abstract | This document is about 65 Number Adana Şer'iyye Sicili and it contains the documents between 1200-1203 Hegira and 1786-1789 Christian era. Ehl-i Şer'is the major Kadi and Ehl-i 'Örf is the major as Vali Adana Province. In this study we gave some information abaout Kadi and Şer'iyye Sicili s adıı we summaried the documents and than gave the transcriptions, and at last we made a short evaluation of the subjets.
