dc.description.abstractYapmis oldugumuz bu çalismada Ornithogalum alpigenum Stapf ve Sternbergiaclusiana Ker- Gawl ex Sprengel türlerinin bazi fitokimyasal özellikleri arastirilmistir.Bitkilerin sogan ve yapraklarinin aseton, benzin, etanol ve metanol ekstraktlarinin antioksidanve antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri incelenmistir. Antioksidan aktivitenin belirlenmesinde DPPH veÃ-karoten- Linoleik asit yöntemi kullanilmistir. Antimikrobiyal aktivite Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis ve Candida albicans'a karsi disk difüzyon metodu kullanilarak belirlenmistir.Ekstraktlarin antimikrobiyal etkilerinin degisken oldugu bulunmustur. Sternbergia clusianaKer- Gawl ex Sprengel bitkisinde en yüksek antioksidan aktivite soganindan etanolle eldeedilen ekstrakta, Ornithogalum alpigenum Stapf bitkisinde en yüksek antioksidan aktivitesoganindan metanolle elde edilen ekstrakta görülmüstür. Ornithogalum alpigenum Stapf veSternbergia clusiana Ker- Gawl ex Sprengel bitkilerinin sogan ve yapraklarinda bulunanmüsilaj, tanen, saponin ve flovonoid içerikleri belirlenmistir.Anahtar Kelimeler:Liliaceae, Amaryllidaceae, Fitokimyasal, Antioksidant, Antimikrobiyal
dc.description.abstractIn this study, Ornithogalum alpigenum Stapf and Sternbergia clusiana Ker- Gawl exSprengel has been phytochemically investigated. Acetone, benzine, ethanol and methanolextracts of the bulbs and leafs were investigated for their antimicrobial activity andantioxidant activity. Antioxidant activity was determined to using DPPH and Ã-caroten-Linoleic acid method. Antimicrobial activity was tested against to Escherichia coli, Bacillussubtilis and Candida albicans using the disc diffusion method. Extracts were showed variableeffects. Ethanol extract of bulbs of Stenbergia clusiana Ker- Gawl ex Sprengel showed thehighest total antioxidant activity. Also methanol extract of bulbs of Ornithogalum alpigenumStapf showed the highest total antioxidant activity. Musilaj, tannin, alkoloid, flovonoid,saponin conteins of Ornithogalum alpigenum Stapf and Sternbergia clusiana Ker- Gawl exSprengel bulbs and leafs was determineted.Key Words:Liliaceae, Amaryllidaceae, phytochemstry, Antioxidant, Antimicrobialen_US
