Rough Neutrosophıc kümelerde TOPSIS için çok nitelikli karar verme metodu uygulamaları

Abstract

Bu tezde, neutrosophic kümeler veroughneutrosophic kümelerle ilgili bilgilere yer verilmiştir.Roughneutrosophic kümelerüzerinde çok kriterli karar verme problemleri için Topsiskarar verme metotuincelendi.Rough neutrosophickümeüzerindebirikimli geometrik operatörü, ağırlıklı agregasyon operatörünü,normalleştirilmiş ÖklidUzaklığı,normalleştirilmiş HamingUzaklığıincelenip ve bu kavramlarla ilgili önermeler ispatlanmıştır. Tanımlanan bu operatörler ile çokkriterli karar vermeproblemleri için Topsis metoduincelenmiştir. Son olarak, önerilen yaklaşımın uygulanabilirliğini ve etkinliğini göstermek için sayısal bir örnek verilmiştir.

This thesis consists of neutrosophic sets and rough neutrosophic sets. Topsis decision-making method for multi-criteria decision-making problems on rough neutrosophic sets was examined. Roughneutrosophicsets concepts were given. On the roughneutrosophic sets, accumulated geometric operator, weighted aggregation operator, normalizedhaming distance,normalized Euclidean distance was examined and the theorems about these concepts are proved. With these defined operators, Topsismethod for multi-criteria decision making problems have been examined. Finally, a numerical example has been provided to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
