Abstract

ÖZET SOĞUTMA TEKNİSYENLİĞİ MESLEK ARAŞTIRMASI IŞIK, Nurettin Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Eğitim Bilimleri Tez Danışmanı: Doç. Dr. Erdal CEYHAN Ocak, 1998, 78 sayfa İçinde `Meslek Envanteri Anketinin` de geliştirildiği `Soğutma Teknisyeni Meslek Araştırması` çalışması ile, soğutma teknisyeninin meslek yaşamında görevlerini etkin bir şekilde yapabilmesi için, gerekli mesleki bilgi, beceri ve iş alışkanlıklarının tespiti amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirebilmek için, iş analizi yöntemleri kullanılarak, mesleki bilgiler, mesleki beceriler, ve mesleki tutum ve iş alışkanlıkları olmak üzere üç grupta mesleki yeterlilikler tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında, soğutma teknisyeni için tespit edilen yeterliliklerin `Meslek Envanteri Anketinin` soğutma endüstrisinde seçilen örneklem grubuna uygulanması ile sıklık, önem, ve güçlük dereceleri bulunmuştur. Bu derecelerin bulunmasına ilaveten, yeterliliklerin katılımcılar tarafından değerlendirilen sıklık, önem, ve güçlük dereceleri arasındaki korelasyonlar da hesaplanmıştır. ABSTRACT AN OCCUPATIONAL SURVEY OF REFRIGERATION TECHNICIANS IŞIK, Nurettin M. A. In Educational Sciences Supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erdal CEYHAN January, 1998, 78 pages In this study entitled ` An Occupational Survey of Refrigeration Technicians` in which `Task Inventory Questionnaires` have been developed, it is aimed at determining the vocational competencies and attitudes which are necessary' refrigeration technicians to effectively carry out their occupational duties in their work situations. To realize that purpose, by means of job analysis, three groups of vocational competencies have been determined. These are: (a). cognitive competencies, (b) psychomotor competencies, and (c). vocational attitudes and occupational habits. In the second phase of the study, the degrees of frequency, importance, and difficulty of these competencies have been determined for refrigeration technicians by applying `Task Inventory- Questionnaires` to selected technical personnel in the refrigeration industry. In addition to determining these degrees, the correlation between the calculated values of frequency, importance, and difficulty among the respondents have been investigated.
