Şeyhülislam Arif Hikmet Beyin Tezkiretü`ş Şu`arası ve transkripsiyonlu metni

Abstract

Transkripsiyonunu yaptığımız Ârif Hikmet tezkiresi 1592-1837 yılları arasındahem Osmanlı topraklarında hem de Kırım, ran, Azerbaycan ve Hindistan'da yaşamışolan Türk şairlerinin Türkçe ve kısmen Farsça yazılmış şiirlerinden oluşmaktadır.Tezkire şairlerinin eserleri dışında hayatlarına ve o dönem yapmış oldukları icraatları,bulundukları mevkilerin isimlerini ve bu mevkiye hangi tarihte geldikleri hakkında dabilgi vermektedir. Yazar, kendi döneminden önce yaşamış ve eserleri ile hayatlarıhakkında malumat sahibi olamadığı bazı şairlerden bahsederken yararlanmış olduğukaynakların isimlerini açıkça zikretmektedir. Eserin oluşumunda elif-ba yani Arapalfabesinde bulunan harflerin alfabetik sıralamaları göz önünde tutulmuş ve şairisimleri buna göre sıraya konmuştur. Şair hayatları dışında eserin sonunda Arif HikmetBey'in yazmış olduğu birkaç Arapça beyit ve tezkirede bulunan şairlerin isimlerininbulunduğu dizin kısmı vardır.Anahtar kelimeler: Tezkire, Şairler, Divan şiiri, Şair hayatları

The tezkire that we work on, originated from the work of the poets who livedboth on the Ottoman Empire?s land and Crimea, Iran, Azerbaijan and ndia, betweenthe years 1592-1832. Except works of the poets, tezkire, informs us about their lives,they have been able to get those sitations.The poets mention clearly the names of theresources that he benefited from the talk about some poets which he knows nothingabout their works and who lived far before his time. In the formation of the work, itspaid attention to the alphetical order of the letters in the Arabic alphabet that is, elif-ba and the names of the poets put into order by this way. Except the lives of the poets,at the end of the work. Here is on the index part that consist some of the Arabic versethat Arif Hikmey Bey has written and the names of the poets took place in the tezkire.Key words: The tezkire, Poets, Poems of divan, Life of poets
