129 numaralı Ayıntab Şer`iyye Sicili`nin (H. 1061, 1108, 1142/M. 1650, 1696, 1729) transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Şer'iyye sicilleri Osmanlı Devleti'nin askerî, hukuki, iktisâdi, dini ve idarî müesseseleri gibi birçok alanı hakkında önemli bilgiler içermektedir. Siciller, ait olduğu yerin eski yerleşim birimlerini, buradaki insanlara verilen lakapları, insanların birbiriyle olan ticari münasebetlerini, sosyal yaşamlarını, ekonomik durumlarını, hukuki münasebetlerini içermektedir ve şer'i mahkemeler hakkında önemli bilgiler vermektedirler. Tezimiz 129 Numaralı Ayıntab Şer'iyye sicilidir. Sicil Hicri 1061, 1108, 1142 / Miladi 1650, 1696, 1729 yıllarını kapsamaktadır. Söz konusu sicil defterinin çevirisi sayesinde Ayıntab'ın sosyal, siyasi, ekonomik, idari, mali, hukuki vs. durumuna ilişkin somut bilgilerin yanı sıra, Osmanlı tarihine ışık tutacak bilgilere de ulaşılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Şer'iyye Sicili, Osmanlı Devleti, Ayıntab

This document is numbered 129 of the Ayıntab sheria records, it belongs the years AD.1650, 1696, 1729 / H.1061, 1108, 1142. These records include detailed information about the Ottoman Empire such as military, economic, religious and administrative. With these information, we could comprise old accommodation units, economic conditions, nicknames, commercial relationships. In addition, they include information about religious court in our study. After giving information about ?court and Kadı? in the Otoman Empire, we classified the documents in the records and gave their summaries and transcription and we wade a short evolution of the subjects and places, also there is the original text of the thesis. By the translation of this document we have introduced detailed information about Ayıntab and the Ottoman Empire about social, political, economic, administrative, financial and legal structure.Key Words: Sheria Records, Ottoman Empire, Ayıntab
