Elazığ`da yetiştirilen bazı sebzelerde görülen fungusların tesbiti ve önemli bulunanın biyolojisi ve savaşı üzerinde araştırmalar

Abstract

ÖZET (Doktora Tezi) ELAZI?'DA YETİŞTİRİLEN BAZI SEBZELERDE GÖRÜLEN FUNGUSLARIN TESPİTİ VE ÖNEMLİ BULUNANIN BİYOLOJİSİ VE SAVAŞI ÜZERİNDE ARAŞTIRMALAR Sevda KIRBA? Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilinieri Enstitüsü Biyolol Anabilir» Dalı 1998, Sayfa: 78 Bu çalışmada Elazığ İlinde yetiştirilen biber, domates, patlıcan, fasulye, soğan, karpuz, hıyar ve kavunlardaki fungal hastalık etmenleri ve yoğunlukları tespit edifrniştir. Çalışma boyunca sebze ekin alanlarında Tide, çiçek ve meyve döneminde gidilmiştir. Tarlada teşhis edilmeyen hastalık etmenleri laboratuvara getirilerek, fungusiarın saf izolatları elde edilerek teşhisten yapılmıştır. Kavun ve hıyarlarda mildiyö etmeni Pseudoperonospora cubensis (Berk. and Curt.) 'in ertesi yıla geçiş yollan ve bu etmene karşı fungisitlerin etkisi incelenmiştir, Aynca kavunlarda kurumalara neden olan Phytophthora direc/jsfe/rTucher `nin ertesi yıla geçişi ve bu etmene karşı 5 kavun çeşidinin duyarlılıkları incelenmiştir. P. cubensis in ertesi yıla bitki artıklarıyla geçtiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu etmene karşı Aliette+Antacol karışımlarının en etkii olduğu bulunmuştur. Kavunlarda solgunluk etmeni P. drechsleri'nin bitki attıkları ve toprakla ertesi yıla geçtiği belirlenmiştir. Bu etmene karşı Adıyaman kavun çeşidi en dayanıldı çeşit olarak bulunmuştur. II SUMMARY (PhD Thesis) THE DETERMINATION OF PARASITIC FUNGI ON VEGETABLES GROWN IN ELAZH3 AND INVESTIGATIONS ON BIOLOGY AND CHEMICAL CONTROL OF THE DISEASE WHICH WERE FOUND IMPORTANT Sevda KIRBAğ Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of BiyoloJ 1996, Page: 78 In this study, the fungal diseases and their distrbution have been determined on pepper, tomato, eggplant, bean, onion, watermelon, melon and cucumber grown in Elazığ. The surveys have been done regularly during the seedling, flowering and fruiting stages. The disease agents which cannot be identified in the field were transferred to the laboratory together with diseased plants. After the preparation of the pure isolates, these agents were identified. The transfering ways of Psaudoparonospora cubensis (Berk, and Curt.) Rostow causes downy mildew on melon and cucumber and Phytophthora drechsleri Tucher causes wilt of melon to the next year were investigated. Meanwhile the effect of some fungicides against these two fungi and susceptibility of 5 melon varieties to P. drachsJari were examinated. According to our results, Pythktm sp., Rhizoctonia soteni Kühn., Ftısarium soteni (Mart.) Saca, F. oxyspomm Schetet, Phytophthora capsici Leon, on peppers, ft solani, F.soteni, F. oxysponim, P. capsici, P. parasitica Dastur, Attemaria so/an/ Sorauer on tomato, Pythkim sp., R. solani, F. soteni, F. oxyspomm, Varthflium dahliaa Web., Macrophoma phaseoii (Maubl.) Ashby, P. capsici on eggplants, ft solani, F. solani, F. oxyspomm, M. phaseoii, P. phasaoii Thaxter, A. altemata (Fr.) Keissll on beans, Peronospora destructor (Berk.)Casp., Urocysts cepulae Frost. on onions, ft solani, F. solani, F. oxyspomm, F. cuimorum Sacc. on watermelons, ft solani, F.soteni, F. oxyspomm, F. aqubeti (Cordal) Sacc., P. capsici, P. cubensis, Sphaerotheca fuligmea (Schlech.) Pollaci, Erysiphe cichoraceomm De Cand on cucumbers, ft solani, F.soteni, F. oxyspomm, F. equiseti, M. phaseoii, P. drechsleri, P. cubensis, S. tulignea, E.cichoraceorum on melons were causal fungi of diseases on vegetables in this study. It was found that the P. cubensis was transferred with plants waste to the next year. The mixture of Aliette+Antracol was found to be effectively on this agent On the other hand, P. drechsleri was found to be transferred to the next year with plants waste and found to be transferred to the next year with plants waste and soil.
