dc.description.abstractBAZI N-SUBSTITUE AMİDOKSIMLERIN SENTEZİ ve REAKSİYONLARI YEŞİM S. KARA Anahtar Kelimeler : Tiyolama, çevrilme, ince tabaka kromotografisi (T.L.C.), infrared spektroskopisi (İR), Kütle spektroskopisi, nükleer magnetik rezonans spektroskopisi (NMR). Özet : Aldehitlerin, hidroksil aminle reaksiyonundan aldoksimler elde edildi. Elde edilen aldoksimlerin klorlanmasıyla hidroksamik asit klorürler oluşturuldu. Bunlann p-toluidinle reaksiyonundan N-substitüe amidoksimler elde edildi. N-Substitue amidoksimlerin etil kloroformat ile reaksiyonundan 3,4-disübtitüe-l,2,4-oksadiazol- 5(4H)-on bileşikleri elde edildi. Bu bileşiklerin P2S5 ile tiyolanması, karşılık gelen l,2,4-oksadiazol-5-tiyon bileşiklerini verdi. l,2,4-Oksadiazol-5-tiyon bileşiklerinin katalitik miktarda bakır katalizörü ile birlikte termal çevrilmesinden 1,2,4-tiyadiazol- 5-on bileşikleri elde edildi. Elde edilen bileşiklerin yapılan mikro analiz, İR, NMR, ve Kütle spektrumlan ile aydınlatıldı.

KARA Keywords : Thionation, thione-thiol rearrangement, thin layer chromatography (T.L.C.), Infrared spectroscopy (IR), mass spectroscopy (MS), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (N.M.R.). Abstract : Aldoximes were obtain from the reaction of aldehydes with hydroxylamine. Hydroxamic acid chlorides were obtain from the chlorination of aldoximes. N-Substituted amidoximes were prepared from the reaction of hydroxamic acid chlorides with p-toluidin. 3, 4-Disubstituted-l,2,4-oxadiazole- 5(4H)-ones were obtained from the reaction of N-substituted amide oximes with ethylchloroformate. These compounds were treated with P2S5 to give corresponding l,2,4-oxadiazole-5-thiones. Rearrangement of l,2,4-oxadiazole-5-thiones, catalysed by metallic copper, yielded l,2,4-thiadiazole-5-ones. The structures of compounds were determined by micro analyse, IR, NMR and MASS spectroscopies. 111en_US
