Türkiye dış ticaretinde öne çıkan iller ve Gaziantep dış ticareti

Abstract

Günümüz küresel ortamında rekabet olgusu,ulusaldan yerele kayma eğilimine girmiştir.Ülke genelindeki rekabetçiliğin ötesinde kent seviyesinde rekabet algısı,artık şehirlerin rekabet güçlerine odaklanmayı zorunlu kılmaktadır.Özellikle illerin ihracatta performanslarının bilimsel yöntem ve metodolojiler çerçevesinde analiz edilmesi ve farklı performans kriterleri ile konumlarının netleştirilmesi ve bu politikaların sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesinde önemli bir başlangıç noktası teşkil edecektir.Ülke kalkınmasında ve bölgesel potansiyellerin en iyi şekilde değerlendirilmesinde, mevcut kaynakların verimli ve gerçekçi kullanımı ve bunlara dayalı olarak küçük ve orta ölçekli sanayinin yurt sathında yaygınlaştırılması, desteklenmesi ve geliştirilmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bunun için de illerin mevcut sanayi yapısı profilinin ortaya konulması, gelişme imkân ve kabiliyetinin belirlenmesi, geleceğe yönelik yeni yatırım hedef ve stratejilerin tasarlanması ve uygulanması da üzerinde ciddiyetle durulması gereken hususların başında gelmektedir.Özellikle Türkiye de 2000 sonrası dönemde dış ticarette illerin önemli gelişmeler göstermesi ülke kalkınmasında büyük bir yer bulmuştur. Türkiye'nin önemli sanayi ve ticaret merkezlerinden biri olan Gaziantep İlinde ise sanayi ve ticarette yaratılan çok çeşitli ve zengin üretim değerleri ile gerek ülke gerekse bölge ekonomisi açısından önemli bir ekonomik güce sahiptir.

In today's global environment , the fact of competitive has entered to sliding tendency from national to logic. Beyond of competitiveness in countrywide, in level of logic the perception of competitive has obliged to focus on the cities of competitive Powers anymore. Especially, it will constitute an important starting point that to be analyzed in export the performance of provinces as part of scientific method and methodology and to be clarified their positions by different performnace criterias and to be evaluated at the results of these criterias. At the development of country and to be developed the potential of regional ideally, to be generalized, supported, and evaluated the productive realistic usage of current resources takes an important place and by extension in small and medium-size industry wide range. Therefore, to be presented the current industry profile of the provinces, to be assigned development, possibility and their abilitiy, to be designed and performed the goals and strategy, which obsesses prudential new enterprises. Particularly in Turkey after 2000, the important development of provinces has taken an important place at the development of country. As for GAZİANTEP, which is an important city of industry and trade of TURKEY, owns an important place both in the economy of turkey and the economy of region by wide range and aflluent production values in industry and trade.
