Abstract

DEĞİŞEBİLİR SOĞUTUCU AKIŞKAN DEBİLİ (VRV) MERKEZİ KLİMA SİSTEMLERİNİN EKONOMİKLİK ANALİZİ Cemil SARI Anahtar Kelimeler : Klimatizasyon, VRV, Değişebilir Soğutucu Akışkan Debisi, Ekonomi Özet : Dünyamızda her geçen gün daha da hızlı gelişen teknoloji, insanlara daha da çok konforu beraberinde getirmektedir. Isınmanın bir gereklilik olduğu düşünülmesine karşın, serinleme ihtiyacı son bir kaç yıla kadar bir lüks olarak görülmekte idi. Ancak, teknolojideki bu hızlı gelişme maliyetleri daha da düşürmekte ve dolayısıyla daha çok insanın, daha çok konforu elde etmesini sağlamıştır. Klima sektöründe ise ulaşılan en ileri nokta 'Değişken Soğutucu Akışkan Debili', VRV, (Variable Refrigerant Volume) klima sistemleri olmuştur. Ülkemizde de son yıllarda kullanımı yaygınlaşan değişken soğutucu akışkan debili klima sistemleri, her ne kadar kuruluş maliyetlerinin yüksek oluşu gibi gözüken bir dezavantaja sahip olsalar da, işletme maliyetlerinin düşüklüğü gibi önemli bir avantaja sahiptirler. Özellikle gelecek yıllarda enerji açığının büyüyeceği de göz önüne alınırsa, enerji tüketiminin minimuma indirildiği ve optimum kullanımın son kullanıcı tarafından yapılabileceği bu sistemler daha da çabuk yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bu çalışma da öncelikle günümüzde oldukça sık kullanılan klima sistemlerinden ve bunların çalışma prensiplerinden kısaca bahsedilmiş, daha sonra değişken soğutucu akışkan debili klima sistemlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Değişken soğutucu akışkan debili klima sistemlerinin çalışma prensibi anlatılmış ve bu sisteme ait cihaz seçim prosedürleri açıklanmıştır. Çeşitli genel mahaller için klima sistemlerinin karşılaştırılmasında uygulanan kriterler incelenmiş ve bu genel mahalleri içeren bir projede değişken soğutucu akışkan debili klima sistemlerine alternatif sistemler tesis maliyeti, işletme maliyeti, tamir bakım ve işletme kolaylığı, ünite işletme giderlerinin kolayca ölçülebilmesi, mimari etkiler, arıza halinde yedekleme olanağı, esneklik, güvenirlilik, sistem ömrü, çevresel etkiler ve sistem performansı kriterleri dahilinde incelenerek, sonuçlar ayrıntılı tablolar halinde sunulmuştur.

ECONOMICAL ANALYSIS OF VARIABLE REFRIGERANT VOLUME (VRV) CENTRAL CLIMATIZATION SYSTEM Cemil SARI Keywords : Climatization, VRV, Variable Refrigerant Volume, Economy Abstract : As the technology is rapidly developing from day to day, this situation brings more comfort and satisfaction to the people. Although it is a common idea that heating is essential for living, need for the cooling was considered as a luxury up to a few years. However, this speedily improvement in the technology has decreased the cost of goods and consequently, this growth has provided a chance to more people to benefit from the technology and its comforts. On the other hand, in the Air Conditioner Sector, the Variable Refrigerant Volume System has reached the most advanced technology among the other systems in the few years. In the last years, in our country, the Variable Refrigerant Volume System has become to be used more widespread. Although- it seems as a- disadvantage the high cost of installation of the VRV System, the low operation cost is a big advantage of it. Especially, if it is taken into consideration that the energy shortage will be more increased in the near future, the systems such as VRV - which is satisfying minimum energy consumption and providing the optimum use for the end user- seems to be more prevalently used. In this study, it is tried shortly to explain the air conditioners and their working principle which is being commonly used today and then it is discussed the Variable Refrigerant Volume System step by step. It is talked about the working principle and the procedure of choosing the convenient units for the VRV System. For the varied extensive places, it is examined in detail the criterion's to compare different air condition systems and also in the projects including these varied extensive places, the systems which are alternatives to the Variable Refrigerant Volume Systems have been studied specifically together with the criterion's of their capital cost, the maintenance easiness, the facilities for measurement of overhead cost, the architectural effects, the possibilities of getting spare parts in case of failure, the flexibility, the reliability, the life of system, the effects of environment and the performance of the system and the conclusions have been presented with the specified tables.
